Greetings!

Relative to your email about the assignment of my office and parking units to one of my company vis-à -
vis payment of the transfer fee and possible taxes, please be informed that I am amenable to pay the
transfer fee.

However, as far as taxes are concerned, there is no transfer of condominium of certificates of title (CCTs)
yet to my name. Since there is no transfer yet, it is also possible that no taxes should be charged as the
redocumentation is only internal and between us parties. Further, the contracts to sell we both signed
are neither registered with the Registry of Deeds nor the same are annotated on the CCTs.

Given the foregoing, kindly refer my concern with your accounting or finance department so we can
finalize everything.
