What is SWOT Analysis?

A personal SWOT analysis is a tried and tested method of evaluating


one's internal strengths and weaknesses and for examining external
opportunities and threats .

SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

The purpose of a SWOT analysis is not just to list down these things,
but to also expand upon them to improve your personal and career
growth.

An internal resource or
capability helpful to achieve
the desired goals
WEAKNESSES ?

An internal attribute or
barrier to achieve the desired
goal.
OPPORTUNITIES ?

An external condition that


could provide a competitive
advantage. (If properly
leveraged)

could damage the scope for
attaining objectives.
