BI Analytics Project
• I have worked for Netflix and HR Dashboard. The objective of the project was to
have a business dashboard with all key metrics to help business leader make
informed decision.

• The Project was implemented in three phases: -

• Prep work: We loaded the excel data to power query editor and Did the primary
cleaning of data, new columns, calculating fields, and deleting unnecessary data,
etc. and loaded the data to power bi desktop.
• Dax and Measures: Applied required DAX formula and achieved the require
data and created necessary measures.
• Dashboard development: Created suitable visuals relevant to the calculate
measures and column, and created colorful dashboard.
• Power BI Server: Published the final report in Power bi server and applied
automated refresh using data gateway and subscriptions, and necessary alerts.
