FAQ for Tensky Smart

Watch TK series
I. FAQ about Setup and Use

Q1 How can I charge and turn on the watch?

To charge the watch, please connect one end of the magnetic charging cable to a USB
5V port, and the other end to the watch.

A1

Q2 What is the standby time of the watch?

The standby time of the watch is about 20 days, and the normal service time is 5~7

A2 days. The battery endurance of different product models may vary, depending on the
battery level, screen brightness and actual working condition.

Q3 Can I charge the watch using a mobile power pack?

1. There will be a problem of compatibility, because the intended use of mobile power
pack is to charge mobile phones. When the mobile phone gets fully charged, the
charging current will become very low, and the mobile power pack will stop charging for
power saving purpose. The charging current of the watch is lower than 100mA, so the
mobile power pack will mistakenly believe that the watch has been fully charged and
A3 thus stop charging.
2. Choose a power supply to charge the watch: either via the USB port of your PC or the
charger of your mobile phone (the rated voltage of the watch is 3.7V~4.2V; the rated
voltage of USB port is usually 5V, so USB port is the best power supply for the watch;
via USB port, the watch needs to be charged for 1h~2h). Do not use a fast-charge
power supply (9V), in order not to affect the service life of the watch.

Q4 Should I fully discharge the watch before charging?

1.When the watch runs out of power, it will shut down automatically and lose the data.
2.If the watch is not charged soon after running out of power, it may fail to be turned on
A4
when charged. Therefore, you are recommended to charge the watch when the battery
voltage becomes low.
Q5 How can I check the battery level of the watch?

1
1. Turn on the watch screen and check the battery level in the upper right corner; or
A5
2. Start the App and click "Device" to check the battery level.

Q6 How can I synchronize the App and the watch?

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone. Start the App, bind the watch and then pull
down the Home page to synchronize with the watch.
A6
2. Turn on the watch screen, and the watch will send a 60s broadcast signal. The App
will receive such signal in 60s and synchronize with the watch automatically.
Q7 What is the watch strap made of?
The watch strap is made of silicone, which is soft and wearable. The strap buckle is
A7
made of stainless steel (powder metallurgy).
Q8 Is the watch strap environmentally friendly?
1. Our production system has passed ISO9001, so our production quality is guaranteed.

A8 2. The watch has obtained the RoHS Certificate issued by SGS and complies with the
requirements of MSDS.
Q9 When does the watch vibrate?
1.When the set time of alarm clock has come;
2.At the beginning of charging;
3.At the time of startup, shutdown, reboot or reset;
A9 4.When the set time of sedentary reminder has come;
5. When there is an incoming call or push notification, if the watch has been connected
to the App;
6. When the set goal of steps, distance or calories is achieved.

Does the watch record and store data when my mobile phone is not around?
Q10
How much data can be stored?
1. The watch can store data separately. You do not need to carry your mobile phone
during running or sleep. To synchronize data to the App, please bring the watch close
A10
to your mobile phone, and then perform the data synchronization operation in the App.
2. The watch can store up to 7 days of your exercise data.

Q11 Why a "wrench" icon appears on the watch screen?

2
The "wrench" icon indicates a hardware failure of the watch that cannot be repaired by
the user. You need to return the watch to us for inspection and repair. In case of error
code "-05", the watch can resume normal use after standing.
The meanings of the error codes following "wrench" are explained below:

A11 -01: acceleration sensor error;

-02: HR sensor error;
-03: touch IC error;
-04: flash error;
-05: HR LED error.

3
II. FAQ about Hardware

Q1 The watch fails to be turned on when charged. Why?

1. The watch must be activated by charging before first use. After the watch is turned off, it
needs to be charged before it can be turned on again.
2. Before first use or after a long idle time: if the watch fails to be turned on in 1min due to
over-discharge protection, please charge it for more than 30min until it is turned on.
3. The rated charging voltage of the watch is 4.2V~4.7V. You'd better select a 5V power supply
to charge the watch. A fast-charge power supply (9V) can cause breakdown to the capacitor,
resulting in a short circuit or open circuit of the PCBA.
4. The battery has been over-discharged for a long time (for example, if the watch has not been
charged for a long time after running out of power, it will fail to be turned on).
5. The watch is not waterproof, and short circuit can cause boot failure (if the water
解答 1
A1 temperature is higher than 40°C, the watch may be no longer waterproof due to adhesive
failure).
6. The battery wires are falsely welded. The positive and negative wires at either end of
the battery are broken, so there is no power output from the battery.
7. If the watch screen fails to be turned on during charging, please check whether the
watch can vibrate and the HR LED on the back is flashing. If yes, there is a screen failure
and you need to return the watch to us for repair; if no, there is a hardware failure and you
need to return the watch to us for repair.
8. Probably the charging failure is caused by hardware failure if the charging cable is not
faulty. In such case, you need to return the watch to us for repair.
Q2 The watch consumes power quickly. Why?
1. Main factor of fast power consumption: the watch is not charged by 5V power supply but
via a high-power charger, which causes breakdown to the capacitor.
2. The watch is no longer waterproof (it cannot be used at a water temperature above
40°C, as this can easily cause a short circuit due to water penetration).
3.A quality defect of the watch causes fast power consumption.
A2
4.The watch has not been turned on for a long time, or is not charged soon after running
out of power but kept idle for a long time, which can cause the battery capacity to decay
and impair the battery endurance.
5.For some watch models, if the 5s realtime HR monitoring function is enabled, the
battery endurance will decline.

4
6.If the all-day positioning function of the watch equipped with GPS is enabled, the battery
endurance will decline.

Q3 The watch shuts down automatically. Why?

1. Probably the watch has run out of power. You can activate the watch by charging, and
then check the battery level.
A3
2. If the watch shuts down or reboots automatically during normal use, probably there is a
software failure.

Q4 The watch screen fails to be turned on when my wrist is lifted. Why?

Enable "Wrist Raise Sensor" on the watch.

1. Turn over your wrist quickly to turn on the watch screen.

2. If step 2 still fails, please restart the watch through the App and try again.
3. If the watch screen sometimes can and sometimes cannot be turned on when your wrist
A4
is lifted, you may need to adjust the wrist raising acceleration and angle. Usually the
watch screen will be turned on when your wrist is lifted to the extent that you can look at
the front side of the watch.

4. Considering that your wrist may be lifted unintentionally (for example, your arm may be
stretched during sleep), we have designed the watch to be resistant to unintentional
interference.

5
III. FAQ about Bluetooth Connection

Q1 The Bluetooth connection of the watch has failed. Why?

1. Check whether the watch has been connected to another mobile phone. In Bluetooth

connected state, you can find the icon " " at the upper left corner of the screen. In

Bluetooth disconnected state, you can find the dynamic icons " " and " " on the watch
screen.
2. Check whether you are using the latest App.
3.Check the system version of your mobile phone.
4. On your mobile phone, check whether any anti-virus software has been installed and
A1
whether Bluetooth is enabled.
5. Check whether you have turned on the watch screen when searching for device on your
mobile phone. Please turn on the watch screen, so that the Bluetooth of the watch will
send a 60s broadcast signal and the watch will reconnect in 60s.

If there is no problem with the above, try to restart your mobile phone. If the connection
failure persists, please use another mobile phone.

Q2 A connection failure occurs during data synchronization. What should I do?

1. Data synchronization can be activated automatically when the App is started. You can
also pull down the message list on the Home page of the App to activate data
synchronization.
2.If a connection failure occurs during synchronization, try the following action:
①Turn on the watch screen and check whether the watch is still in Bluetooth connected
state.
A2 ② Turn on the watch screen, and the watch will send a 60s broadcast signal and
synchronize with the App automatically. You can also pull down the Home page of the
App to synchronize with the watch.

Note: if you are using iPhone, please find the "XXX" device in the Bluetooth device list of
your phone, click and ignore such device, and then disable Bluetooth and enable it again,
or restart your phone.

Q3 The watch fails to synchronize data with the App. Why?

6
1. The synchronization failure may result from data error after a long time of use. You just
need to repeat the synchronization operation.
2. If the mobile phone has been used for a long time, its Bluetooth function may decline,
A3
resulting in long duration of synchronization process; or the Bluetooth signal of the mobile
phone is interrupted during the synchronization process, resulting in synchronization
failure.
After the connection between the App and watch is interrupted suddenly, my
Q4
attempt to reconnect fails repeatedly. Why?
1. Before connecting the App to the watch for the first time, you need to enable
"Bluetooth", "GPS" and "WiFi" on your mobile phone.
2. Probably the connection between the App and watch is interrupted by your failure to
maintain the effective distance of Bluetooth or other interference. Please initiate a
reconnection in the effective distance: turn on the watch screen, so that the watch will
send a 30s broadcast signal and the App will reconnect automatically.

A4 3. Probably the App version is too low. Please go to the App Store to update the App.
4.If the problem persists after the above operations are completed, please report the
problem in the following path: App → [My] → [Questions and Suggestions] , where you
can check [Upload Log], describe the problem, provide your E-mail address, and then
click [Submit] to submit your feedback. Finally, you need to contact our customer service
personnel and tell your E-mail address. We will find your feedback by E-mail address and
propose the corresponding solution.

Q5 Can I connect my iPad to the watch?

You can download the App of iPhone edition to your iPad and connect it to the watch.
However, the App cannot work properly on iPad, because there are compatibility
A5
problems such as loss of UI and some functions. Therefore, you are not recommended to
use the App on iPad.

Q6 Should I keep Bluetooth enabled on my mobile phone?

1. Step counting, sleep monitoring and HR monitoring do not require connection to the
App. During exercise, you just need to wear the watch. After exercise, you can connect
the watch to the App to view the data synchronously.
A6
2. For Call Reminder, Find My Watch or Message Reminder (messages from Tencent QQ
or other applications), you need to enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone and maintain
the connection between the watch and App.

Q7 How to connect the watch to WiFi?

A7 Currently the watch can be connected to the App via Bluetooth, not via WiFi.

7
Q8 What is the effective distance of Bluetooth?
The effective connection distance of Bluetooth depends much on the mobile phone

A8 model: about 10m if there is no obstacle in the building, or less than 10m if there is a wall
or other obstacles.

Q9 The Bluetooth connection is not stable. Why?

1. Check whether the distance between the watch and your mobile phone is appropriate.
An excessive distance can reduce the Bluetooth connection effect.
2. Check whether there is any obstacle between the watch and your mobile phone.
3.Check whether the battery level of the watch is high enough to turn on Bluetooth.
A9
4.Disable Bluetooth and enable it again, in order to check for Bluetooth failure.
5. Check whether the App is killed in the background after quitting.
6. Bluetooth may be disabled automatically after the watch screen is locked in power
saving mode. In such case, you need to keep Bluetooth enabled.

8

A3
is an incoming call.
Can I adjust the number of vibrations for incoming call? What is the maximum
Q4
number of vibrations?
1. The number of vibrations for incoming call is not adjustable.
2. When there is an incoming call, the watch will vibrate until the call is answered or
A4
rejected. During the vibration process, you can touch the Touch button to stop the
vibration.
I have enabled [Call Reminder], but the watch fails to vibrate when there is an
Q5
incoming call. Why?

9
1. Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone and connected to the
watch.

A5 2. For IOS system, you need to allow Bluetooth pairing. For non-IOS system, please
check whether the App is running. If the App is not running in the background but is
killed after the screen is locked, the watch will not receive information.
The Message Reminder of WeChat and Tencent QQ is enabled, but the watch fails
Q6
to receive messages. Why?
1. In the App, go to [Smart Reminder] to enable [WeChat]/[QQ] → [Sync to Watch].
For IOS system, you need to allow Bluetooth pairing. The background process of the

3. If the motor is not faulty and you have enabled [Call Reminder] in the App, the
vibration failure may be caused by a software problem.

11
V. FAQ about HR

Q1 What factors can affect the HR measurement results?

1. Non-standard wearing can affect the measurement of HR signal, such as the
light leakage caused by incomplete fitting.

2. Swing of the arm, slight movement of the watch on your skin, etc., wearing too
tight, raising the arm and making a fist, etc. can affect your blood circulation and thus
affect the HR signal.

3.Correct measuring method: lay the arm flat, relax and stay still, and hold the watch

A1 against the arm. Note: individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos andscars
can also affect the HR signal, despite correct wearing of the watch.

Radius Ulna

Wearing position

Q2 How can I measure the HR value correctly?

1. Hold the light-emitting part of the watch against the skin (muscle) to ensure that
the watch will not shift a lot during your exercise (tighten the watch strap to achieve a
comfortable tightness). Excessive or insufficient tightness can affect the measurement
results (avoid light leakage and shift of the reflected light).

A2
2. Do not hold the light-emitting part of the watch against the protruding bones
(radius and ulna) on the wrist side, or the watch may fail to correctly receive the red light
reflected by blood vessels, which will affect the measurement results.

3.To obtain a more accurate HR value, you can wear the watch on your wrist.

Q3 How does the smart watch measure my HR?

12
The watch uses the photoelectric transmission method to measure HR: the sensor in
contact with the skin will emit a beam of light on the skin, and the reflected/transmitted
light will be measured. Blood absorbs the light of a certain wavelength; each time the
heart pumps blood, such light will be absorbed in large quantities, based on which, the

A3 heartbeat can be determined. The HR measurement is based on

Photo-Plethysmo-Graphy (PPG), so the measurement accuracy and consistency is
associated with "gender, age, BMI, weather, race or skin color, and health or VO2 Max".
The wrist sweat or other impurities, dark skin (which can't absorb light well), weather
conditions and humidity can affect the measurement results.

Q4 The back of the watch glows green automatically. Why?

1. Design philosophy: the light transmittance of the blood is changed by the pulse,
and then converted into electrical signals by simple light reflection, which will be
recorded; our blood is red and can absorb the green light to the maximum extent; the
final data after reflection is the most accurate, so we use green LED as the HR

A4 measurement tool.

2.If you enable automatic HR monitoring, your HR will be measured every 5min. You
can also enable manual HR measurement. During the measurement, the HR LED will
automatically flash and emit green light.

13
VI. FAQ about Sleep

Q1 How does the smart watch measure my sleep?

Sleep monitoring is performed through the built-in sensor. The sensor can detect the
subtle movements of your hand so as to determine whether your body is in an active

A1 state or a quiet sleep state. During your sleep, the watch will record the frequency of
your hand movements and analyze whether you are in a deep sleep or light sleep
state, so as to analyze your sleep quality and provide suggestions.

Q2 What is the meaning of Deep Sleep, Light Sleep, Waking Sleep and REM Sleep?
1. Deep sleep, light sleep, waking sleep and REM sleep are determined based on the
changes of the sensor level detected during your sleep.

2.If the detected sensor level remains high for a long time, probably you are not
sleeping. If the high sensor level is maintained for a short time, it can be filtered out
and your sleep quality can be analyzed.

3.The sensor can obtain your corresponding sleep data based on your body
movements. It is in contact with your wrist and can detect your body movements. The
A2
watch will determine your sleep state based on the frequency of your body
movements. Frequent body movements indicate light sleep. There are relatively few
body movements during deep sleep.

4.REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is a stage of sleep during which your eyeballs
move rapidly and involuntarily. At this stage, the activity of neurons in your brain is the
same as when you're awake. Most vivid dreams that can be recalled subsequently
occur during REM sleep. This is the lightest stage of sleep. If you wake up during REM
sleep, you will be alert and refreshed if compared with other stages of sleep.

Q3 No sleep data is recorded, or the sleep data is inaccurate. Why?

1. Check whether you wear the watch before going to bed. If no, the App will not
generate sleep data after synchronizing with the watch.
2. Your sleep quality can be a reason. If you have trouble falling asleep, the App may
A3
not generate sleep data. You can take some measures to help sleep, for example,
doing some exercise, drinking a glass of milk, relaxing your body and not playing with
your mobile phone.

14
1.Please wear the watch correctly (in case of insufficient tightness, there is a certain
probability of failure to detect the watch).

2. The sleep algorithm only records sleep that lasts for more than 3h. If you get up
frequently, the App may not generate sleep data. You are recommended to arrange
your sleep time reasonably and drink less water before going to bed.

3. The watch will adapt to the individual situation of each user. You can wear it for
several days for observation purpose.

4.If your skin is rather dark, the App will be very likely to fail in detecting the watch, and
thus will not generate sleep data.

15
VII. FAQ about Step Counting

Q1 How does the watch count my steps?

The watch uses a three-axis acceleration sensor to track the number of your steps.
The three-dimensional acceleration data captured by the sensor in real time will be
processed through filtering and peak-valley detection, and finally will be converted
into readable values (steps, distance, calories) in the App using various algorithms
A1
and scientific and rigorous logical operations. The shaking and displacement of your
hand can be detected by the built-in relatively high-precision acceleration sensor.
The displacement of the watch in space can be detected by the integrating
accelerometer so as to determine whether new steps are generated.
Q2 The number of my steps is not accurate. Why?
1. At the first time, you must provide your gender, age, height and weight and other
information honestly and accurately. Inaccurate information will affect the algorithm
of the acceleration sensor, resulting in inaccurate exercise data (steps, distance and
calories).
2. Your steps are calculated based on three-dimensional acceleration data, so the
wearing condition of the watch also has a certain influence on the accuracy of the

A2 results. Make sure that the watch will not move (left and right, up and down) in the
wearing position during your exercise.
3. Your arm swing posture, stride length, body shape, uphill and downhill, as well as
the smoothness of the road surface, can also affect the value of steps.
4. If your body moves during sleep (turning to another side, getting up and falling
asleep again, etc.), if you are in the car or driving the car, or if the road surface is
rough, new steps may be generated.
New steps are generated when I wake up from sleep, or when I am in the car or
Q3
driving the car. Why?
1. The shaking and displacement of your hand. The watch is equipped with a built-in
relatively high-precision acceleration sensor. The displacement of the watch in space
can be detected by the integrating accelerometer so as to determine whether new
steps are generated.

A3 2. If your body moves during sleep (turning to another side, getting up and falling
asleep again, etc.), if you are in the car or driving the car, or if the road surface is
rough, there will be a certain probability of misjudgment by the sensor. We are
optimizing the anti-interference algorithm currently, and will control the misjudgment
rate to acceptable to users subsequently.

16
Q4 No new steps are generated on the watch after I walk 5 steps. Why?

The step counting algorithm has been optimized into an intelligent anti-interference

A4 mode. If you wear the watch and walk 10 consecutive steps in the absence of irregular
movement, the watch will record your new steps. If there is irregular movement within 10
steps, the watch will recalculate your steps.

Q5 How many steps can be displayed on the watch?

Up to 99,999 steps can be displayed on the watch. If the number of your steps exceeds
A5
100,000, you will need to view it in the App.

The number of steps displayed on the watch is different from that displayed in
Q6
[Apple Health]. Why?
The number of steps displayed in [Apple Health] is calculated based on the steps
data uploaded from multiple data sources (Apps) using the unique algorithm of Apple
Health platform, instead of displaying the steps data uploaded from our App directly.
A6
You are recommended to set our App as the first data source. However, we still
cannot guarantee a 100% consistency between the number of steps displayed in our
App and in [Apple Health].

Q7 How does the watch determine my walking distance?

Your walking distance is calculated based on your height, exercise intensity, stride length
A7
and stride frequency using the built-in step counting algorithm.

How does the watch calculate my calories? How will my height and weight
Q8
information affect my calories?

Calculation of your calories:

Metric: calories (Kcal) = {[weight (kg) - 15]×0.000693+0.005895}×steps

A8 Imperial: calories (Kcal) = {[weight (Ib) - 30]×0.000315+0.00495}×steps

Steps: directly related to your stride length (set your height, and calculate your stride
length using the step counting algorithm).

Q9 How can I measure my swimming distance when I wear the watch and swim?
Select [Pool Swimming] on the watch, and your swimming distance will be calculated
based on the selected length of pool. If you select [Open Swimming], your swimming
A9
distance will not be recorded. Note: HR monitoring does not apply to swimming
exercise.

Q10 The recorded swimming distance and number of laps are not accurate. Why?

17
1. Try not to pause during swimming: the swimming state is identified by detected
strokes; if you pause too much during swimming, the identification of swimming
stroke, number of laps and number of strokes may be inaccurate.

2. Standard swimming strokes are recommended: if your swimming strokes are not
standard, the recorded stroke distance may be inaccurate. Butterfly stroke and
freestyle stroke contain similar arm movements, so the bracelet/watch may identify
your strokes wrongly, resulting in inaccurate stroke records. You are recommended
to use standard swimming strokes.
A10
3. Do not change your strokes during swimming: if you change your strokes during
swimming, such as swimming while walking, doing periodic arm movements or
playing with the water, the stroke records may be inaccurate.

4.Do not turn around halfway: when your turn-around is detected, the watch will
determine that you have completed the current swimming trip and reached the end.
Halfway turn-around is not recommended during swimming.

Q11 More or fewer swimming trips than the actual number are recorded. Why?
1.More swimming trips are recorded:
If you take a break and then continue swimming during a swimming trip, it may be
recorded as more trips.
If you change your strokes during a swimming trip, it may be recorded as more trips.
If you turn around during a swimming trip, it may be recorded as more trips.

2.Fewer swimming trips are recorded:

A11 As a result of irregular or inconsistent strokes during swimming, fewer trips may be
recorded.
If your arm continues to move when you turn around, the algorithm may determine
that you have not turned around, so the current trip may not be recorded.
Your swimming strokes are too slow, so the current trip may not be recorded.
Standard swimming strokes are recommended. To improve the accuracy of trip
recording, you can touch the wall with the hand wearing the watch when turning
around.

18
VIII. FAQ about Display

Q1 Nothing is displayed on the watch screen (black screen error). Why?

Charge the watch and check whether the HR LED on the back is flashing. If the HR
LED is flashing, but the watch screen fails to be turned on, probably the watch

A1 screen is faulty or the screen FFC becomes disconnected. If the watch does not
respond to charging, probably the PCBA is faulty and needs to be returned to us
for repair.

Q2 There is display error, blur or lines on the watch screen. Why?

1. Check the firmware version, and update the firmware if possible. Reset the watch
and observe the blurred screen. If the watch screen works properly before the OTA
upgrade, and there is display error in some areas of the screen after the OTA
A2 upgrade, probably there is a software bug and the font library upgrade fails. You
need to return the watch to us for firmware upgrade.
2. If the blurred screen is caused by lines, probably there is a hardware problem.
You need to return the watch to us for repair.
Q3 The watch screen is so dark. Why?
1. The watch allows you to adjust its screen brightness through the App.
2. There may be a matching problem between the firmware and hardware. The

A3 firmware needs to be upgraded.

3. If the problem persists after the firmware is upgraded, probably the watch screen
has a fault and needs to be returned to us for repair.

Q4 I can't see the watch screen clearly in the sun. Why?

The watch screen is a TFT LCD screen, so it is normal that you cannot see the
screen clearly in the sun. If you increase the screen brightness, the battery
endurance will decline greatly.

A4
The grade of the screen depends on the positioning and cost performance of the
product. If the product is equipped with a screen that can be seen clearly in the
sun, its cost performance will become uncompetitive.

19
IX. FAQ about Touch Control

Q1 The touch control performance of the watch is poor. Why?

1. Most watches are equipped with a single-contact controller. To ensure the touch
sensitivity, you need to click the touch area of the watch screen properly (not too
fast or too lightly).

A1 2. Keep the watch screen clean, remove the dust and water stains (if any), and
protect the watch screen against interference of other foreign objects.
3. If the above causes are excluded, probably there is a hardware failure and the
watch needs to be returned to us for inspection and repair.
It is difficult to wake up the screen, because it responds slowly to tapping or
Q2
wrist raising.
1. The watch screen should wake up in 1s of wrist raising.
Considering that you may lift your arm unconsciously, for example, stretching your
arm during sleep, we have restricted the Wrist Raise Sensor function to some
degree. To wake up the watch screen which points down, please turn your wrist

X. FAQ about Weather Push

Q1 How can the watch obtain weather information?

Your mobile phone acquires the local weather information from the weather server

A1 and pushes it to the App. Then such weather information is uploaded from the App
to the watch.
No weather information, or inaccurate weather information, is displayed on
Q2
the watch. Why? What should I do?
1. Go to [Device Settings] to enable [Weather Push]. Ensure smooth network of
your mobile phone, and synchronize the App and the watch so that the weather
information can be displayed on the watch.

2.On your mobile phone, enable [GPS] and the App notification service. Your city will
be regarded automatically as your location. If your location information cannot be
obtained, no weather data will be displayed. Enabling [GPS] can make your location
information and the weather data more accurate.

3.Maintain the connection between the App and watch and perform the
synchronization operation manually (the watch cannot update the weather data on
its own, and you need to synchronize the weather data to the watch) to ensure 100%
synchronization. When the watch is disconnected from the App, the weather data
will no longer be updated synchronously, and no weather data will be displayed on
A2
the watch.

4. It is normal that there may be a 1°C~2°C difference between the weather data
displayed on the watch and mobile phone.

5. If there is still no weather data or inaccurate weather data, please disable

[Weather Push] and enable it again, and then synchronize the App and the watch
manually to ensure 100% synchronization.

6. If there is still no weather data or inaccurate weather data, go to [Device] →

[Device Settings] to restart the watch.

7.If there is still no weather data or inaccurate weather data, restart your mobile
phone and enable [GPS] and the App notification service.

21
8.If the problem persists after the above steps are completed, probably there is a
software bug or weather server failure.

The weather data displayed on the watch is different from that displayed on
Q3
the mobile phone. Why? On the watch, the weather data come and go. Why?
1. The temperature acquired by the third-party weather App called in the watch is
different from that acquired by the weather App of your mobile phone.
2. There may be an error of the temperature predicted by the weather App of your

A3 mobile phone.
3. Error of the temperature predicted by the third-party weather App: ±5℃.

4. Probably the interface of the third-party weather server is faulty: it is sometimes

good and sometimes bad when the App calls weather data from such server.

Q2 What is the meaning of IP67/IP68/5ATM?

IP67 is an ingress protection level specific to the mobile phone industry. It
defines the protection ability of a product against liquid and solid particles. The
first digit following "IP" indicates the dust protection level, and the second digit

A2 indicates the water resistance level. For example, IP67 means dust protection
level 6 and water resistance level 7. IP68 is subdivided into 3ATM, 5ATM,
10ATM and 20ATM. For example, 5ATM means that the watch can withstand 5
atmospheres (equivalent to the pressure at a water depth of 50m).

XII. Other FAQ

Q1 The measured SpO2 value is not displayed.

1. When measuring your SpO2 level, the watch will collect 15 values until the SpO2
value displayed on the watch screen becomes stable. Only the stable value
displayed on the watch screen can be synchronized to the App.
2. The watch supports manual SpO2 measurement, not automatic SpO2

A1 measurement.
3. During the SpO2 measurement, you need to stay still. Individual differences such
as skin color, tattoos and hair can also affect the SpO2 signal, despite correct
wearing of the watch. For the sake of SpO2 measurement, you'd better wear the
watch where there are no tattoos.

During the firmware upgrade, the watch remains on the upgrade screen and
Q2
has no further response.
1. Before the upgrade, make sure that the battery level of the watch reaches 35%.
The OTA upgrade may get stuck or fail due to insufficient battery power.
A2
2. Check whether the watch is still connected to the App. If yes, resume the upgrade
on the upgrade screen until the upgrade is completed.

Q3 After wearing the watch for a long time, my hand skin appears red and itchy.
1. Wearables are usually made of metal, leather, silicone and TPU. A few people may
be allergic to the material of the watch strap.
2. Do not wear the watch too tightly. Make sure that a finger can be inserted between
the watch strap and your wrist. If you wear the watch too tightly, your wrist skin can
become airtight, and the watch can easily leave marks on your wrist, causing a
wrong feeling of red and itchy skin.
A3
3. Keep the contact area of your wrist dry. You may feel uncomfortable when the
watch strap is wet and covers your wrist under airtight conditions.
4. Clean the watch strap properly. After you wearing the watch for a long time, the
watch strap may come into contact with some unclean stains. If the stains are not
removed in time, your skin may have allergic reactions. Please clean the watch strap
in time and carry out reasonable maintenance and care.
