As desired by your good self we have outlined below our indicative scope of work
falling within the scope of Valuation of equity shares which is issued as per provisions
of the Section 42 and section 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 14 of
Companies (Prospectus and allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014

INDICATIVE SCOPE OF WORK ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Valuations of equity shares of the Company by using the discounted cash flow
method.
2. Preparations of the valuations report of the Company.
3. Increase the Authorised and Paid-up capital of the Company.
4. Preparation documents for holding the Board meeting and EGM (Extra ordinary
General meeting) as required to pass the proposal for Private placement.
5. Filing of the necessary forms with the ROC (Registrar of Companies) after
receiving the investment money in the Bank account of Company.
6. Issuance the Share certificate to the investor after allotment of shares.

The Professional fees for abovementioned assignment will be 25000/- and

government fees will be payable additional as per the challan generated on the
website on government.
