ORDER:

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued rules for the transfer of Headmasters
(Gr.II), School Assistants (SAs) & equivalent cadres, Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) &
equivalent categories working in Government, Zilla Praja Parishad, and Mandal Praja Parishad
Schools in the State, vide reference 3rd read above. Accordingly, detailed instructions were issued
to the field-level functionaries to follow the rules and instructions issued by the Government, strictly
adhering to the timelines specified in the schedule vide reference 4th read above.

In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government and also in compliance of the instructions
issued by the Commissioner of School Education, AP, from time to time the process of re-
apportionment was taken up in all schools in the district.

After the above process and as per the Web options exercised by the Teachers, the District Level
Committee constituted as per the rules has decided to issue the transfers. Accordingly, the District
Educational Officer,WESTGODAVARI DISTRICT and Member-Secretary is pleased to transfer
and post the Teacher (s) as shown in the Annexure appended to this proceeding.

The Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers/Headmasters concerned are

requested to relieve the Teacher immediately, for enabling them to join at the new station.

The orders now issued are subject to the final outcome of the judgements of the Hon’ble Courts.
The teachers now transferred as per the Web Option exercised by them are informed that, if their
services are not essential at the transferred school, they will be utilised in another needy school to
ensure Class-Level Pupil-Teacher Ratio and for strengthening academic monitoring.Encl:
