NORTHWEST DRAMA – TECH TIME

SHEET
Behind every great production is an even better
crew. The crew is responsible for helping with a
variety of needs for the show, including building the
set, creating props, and assembling costume
ensembles for characters. Of course, we have a
dedicated crew for the technical aspect, but a
production of such caliber requires a full team. This
means that actors must aid their tech crew in whatever ways they can.

In order to be part of the Northwest Drama Team, actors must submit several technical hours by the end
of the production. Failure to report these back to Ms. Nelson will result in being barred from getting cast
as anything but ensemble roles in future productions.

For a straight play, each actor must submit 4 hours of technical work. For a one-act production, it is 2
hours. During a musical, each actor must submit 6 hours. Please save a copy of this sheet and log your
hours throughout production and return to Ms. Nelson before the end of the show’s run.
