 Inspection and Approval of various stages of building construction works according to relevant architectural
specifications/design standards.
 Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper construction and Quality implementation at site.
 Estimates cost of Supplies, Equipment’s and Labor. Plans ways and means to control cost and worker turnover
 Coordination of architectural drawings, detailing and finishing drawings between the architectural and the
constructionsite, and updating and implementing revised drawings/ designs accordingly.
 Checking and approving contractor’s shop drawings after coordinating with senior department.
 Reviewing the concrete repairing procedure and approving the proper material for repairing.
 Monitoring the concrete test such as slump test, air content, temperature of the concrete and unit weight as per
project specification.
 Monitoring and inspection of honey comb rectification on concreted area prior to surface preparation.
