Humane Rules of CIA-2 for Human Rights

The following rules have been announced in class. However for the convenience of the
inadvertently inattentive ones the same are being reiterated.

★ The CIA-2 is an assignment which shall be a group project with not more than 6 people
in a group.

★ The assignment shall be for 20 marks. 10 marks are reserved for the group effort (10
page typewritten paper with or without an OPTIONAL PRESENTATION) and 10 marks
for individual viva.

★ The phrase “OPTIONAL PRESENTATION” is optional. It shall be deemed to mean and

include dramatized plays, power points, photos, videos or any other intangible format
of non written material which students would like to put forth AND which materially
ADDS (and not merely REPEATS) to what is mentioned in written paper. No OPTIONAL
PRESENTATION shall exceed 8 minutes. Groups engaging in OPTIONAL PRESENTATION
which is a dramatized play need to inform the CRs before midnight of 19th August 2023

★ Each assignment shall consist of a unique topic connected with Human Rights.

★ The topic will have been discussed with the faculty and no two groups will have the
same topic.

★ Students are urged and advised to use the resources available to them in their
personal spheres to collect data and information for the assignment

★ It is advised that students ought to talk to the field experts to get additional
information on the topic of their assignment.

★ It is mandatory to submit a hardcopy of the assignment to the faculty at 8.00 am on

23-August 2023. Please do not hesitate to write your full name and correct UID
number in ascending on the hard copy and ensure that your correct details are entered
in the CIA-2 excel file as well. Viva schedule will be announced on that date.

★ Any meaningful clarifications to above instructions will be entertained on being routed

through your CRs.
