Expression of Accepting and Refusing Offer

Accepting Offer
Student: Excuse me, sir. I noticed that you're having a hard time getting these things
into your car, and it's about to rain. Would you like me to help you?
Teacher: Yes, that would be great! Thank you for your kindness, I'm so grateful that
you're willing to help me. I’m worried about the rain because I still have some things to
load.

Student: Good afternoon, sir. I see you're loading these things into your car, and it looks
like it might rain soon. Would it be helpful if I carried these things to your car?
Teacher: Oh, thank you! I appreciate that. I still have a lot of things to load, and I don't
want them to get wet.

Refusing Offer
Student: Excuse me, sir. I noticed that you're busy loading things into your car, and it
looks like it's going to start raining. May I help you carry this to your car?
Teacher: Thank you for your concern and offer, but I think I can handle it by myself. I
just have to load a few things, and I'll try to finish it quickly before the rain comes.

Student: Good afternoon, sir. It looks like it's going to rain soon, and I see you're loading
these things into your car. Would it be helpful if I carried these things to your car?
Teacher: Thanks for offering to help, I really appreciate it! But I think I'll be alright, since
I've already done the loading into my car.
