ARM CIRCUITan, 10.4 SWING PRIORITY CIRCUIT AT SWING/ARM DIGGING Objective; To stabilize the swing speed. ucketg sug _ 28 Principle ; The oil flow for arm digging une. ete — is reduced and fed Nps preferentially to the swing {| mwa Sane a! side Fonction ;Leved cece =| Ih the swing operation and pa rrp in the arm digging operation, the secondary proportionate feet pilot pressure enters port PiA or PiB of the swing control ae DETAIL © valve and actuates the swing spool. At the same time, the pressure goes out of the Pi port and turns on the swing pressure switch PSW. A. At the same time, the pressure re-enters port SHof the reducing valve for the swing parking brake, then enters port Pi3 of C/V, changes over the bypass cut valve (BC2), and acts upon the back pressure of the logic valve (612) and the sub spool in the arm spool, When the pressure acts upon the sub spool, it is restricted more as itis higher than the servo pressure Tkgfcm? (100psi) that comes from PIS. Pressurized oil for the swing motor and the arm digging motion is supplied by the No.2 pump ie. by a parallel circuit. When arm digging and swing motions are operated at the same time, the pressure flows toward the lower load pressure. Since the oil returned from the arm cylinder R side is restricted by the above-mentioned sub-spoal, the load pressure fed to the cylinder H side rises. Therefore, the oil is fed preferentially to the swing motor to stabilize the swing speed. 10.5 DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION AND INDEPENDENT OPERATION AT SWING/ARM DIGGING Fig. 2. Loading operation by the conbine circuit and the swing (left) / boom raise motions sare 28 wecrLow Ennis} spave.-4 specs! 7 heves Lock Fs 10.6 BOOM RAISE / SWING (LEFT) LOADING OPERATION Objective; Principle ; Function ; Loading is possible in the combined operation of boom raise and swing motions. The boom cylinder and the swing motor are actuated by separate pumps. If the boom raise lever action is performed, the secondary proportionate pilot pressure enters port (PAb) of C/V from port @ of pilot valve (11) the same way as single operation and shifts the boom spool. At the same time the pressure enters port (PB1) of C/V and changes over the boom conflux valve (C2) and the neutral cut valve (BC2), consequently making the boom conflux circuit, If swing (left) action is performed, the secondary proportionate pilot pressure enters port (PiB) of C/V from port © of pilot valve (11) and shifts the swing spool. ‘The hydraulic ofl to the boom cylinder head (H) for the boom raise motion enters port Pl of C/V from pump Pl, passes the boom spool, and is supplied to port (Ab). Meanwhile, the oil discharged from the P2 pump (conflux side) passes through the boom conflux valve (C2) in C/V, goes out of port (PB), and is combined with the oil of the boom H side, The hydraulic oil to the swing motor at loading operation passes through ports P2, P3 of C/V from pump P2 and is supplied to port P of the swing C/V. Since the boom and swing systems make up a parallel circuit, the pressure flows toward the lower side. In reality, the pressure of the swing circuit is higher only at the start of swing motion while the pressure of the swing circuit is lower at swing inertia motion. Therefore the hydraulic ol of P2 pump is supplied to the swing motor, and the boom raise and swing motions are actuated by separate pumps to perform loading operations
