Brief Description:
Litro Gas Lanka Limited is Sri Lanka’s largest LPG provider in the country which is having
more than 75% market share among the LPG users within the country. The company is a state
owned enterprises which is purview by the Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and
National Policies. The major shareholder of the company is Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation.
The company is having its sister company named Litro Gas Terminal Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (LGTLL)
which is operating country’s only one import terminal of LPG. LGTLL has four LPG storage
tanks in Colombo and three LPG tanks in Hambantota.
The procurement department of the company following national procurement guidelines and
