According to the video, there are different types of stress, including good stress,
which is what gives us the challenges we put on ourselves daily, and avoid chronic
stress, and seven out of ten adults suffer from it.

2. Explain two ways to deal with stress and anxiety.


Do physical activity, such as exercise or some sport. And do some activity that we
like.

3. Based on what was explained in the video, do you think these tips are
useful?
Yes, but I think that it depends on each person how they handle their problems.
