Ingredients:
•8 large eggs
•150ml cocoa
•Pinch of salt
Method:
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients mixing
thoroughly. Pour the batter into *prepared box and place in the oven for 35min at 180
degrees Celsius. Cool and ice as desired.
*Cover the inside of the box with tinfoil and grease the tinfoil with butter.
