Our group proposes that ALL Filipino students should be allowed to pursue college degrees through free

tuition. Having good education results in well-paying jobs, better opportunities, and a better life.
However, CNN Philippines reported that six in ten families in 2016 and five in ten families in 2017 lacked
access to basic quality education. In John Rawls' theory of justice, he emphasized the need to focus on
fairness. It aims to achieve a well-ordered community through the establishment of a fair distributive
system of social goods. There is a huge disparity among different social groups in educational
attainment. However, every person has the right to good quality education.

Our group proposes to offer programs such as active “job fares” in every part of the country to assist
youth, adults and disadvantaged groups find employment and develop sustainable livelihoods.
