ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF THE HOMEROOM PTA


S.Y. 2022-2023

I. INTRODUCTION
Parent –Teachers Associations are one of the most significant organizations in
the school community. The dynamic role signifies a good partnership in terms of the
enactment of the programs and projects in the school itself. The association
strengthens the endeavor efforts to exist the good result of one program resulted in
success. The school itself could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials
as one of the important stakeholders.

II. OBJECTIVES
1. To promote harmonious relationships between school, community & stakeholders.
2. To develop as the serviceable partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To help the school with the implementation of the programs and projects.
4. To promote a school-community-friendly environment.

III.HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

1. 35-40 out of 49 attended the quarterly meeting. (by batch)

2. Parents participated actively in the school activities such as the


retrieval/submission of their learner’s outputs, issuance of the report card, greening
program as gulayan and beautification sa of paaralan.

3. Some generous parents/guardians donated school educational supplies for active
performance learners who have no grade below 80%.

IV.PROBLEMS MET
1. Parents/guardians’ lack of coordination and participation esp. in retrieval &
submission of their learner’s weekly modules & outputs.
2. Lack of funds.
3. Other parents/guardians lack support in their learner’s development or
performance
4. Other parents/guardians have negative thinking of the programs due to past
implementation failed.

V. CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Still implementing for the success of the school’s program.
2. Focus on the good plan before the implementation.
3. Coordinate or ask for the help of one another to a positive outcome.
4. Encourage the stakeholders to support the implemented projects.
