Meeting Objectives:
An EMS Management Review Meeting has been arranged by Admin, HR & Compliance
Department at KBPL Conference Room on 19th January, 2023 at 3.00 PM. The meeting was
presided by Honorable GM-HR & Compliance of Spider Group. Current Environmental issues,
Scope of Development, Resource efficient practices, Environmental Action Plans are discussed
during the meeting and some decisions have been taken by the management to make them
implemented accordingly for the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Environmental
Management System.

Discussion on our target for reduction of Waste Generations, Energy Consumptions,

Water uses for 2022
Our target for energy & water reduction for the year 2022 are -
 Water consumption will be reduced 5% within 2022 & total 30% in 2030/ per pcs of
production.
 Diesel consumption will be reduced by 5% within 2022 & total 30% in 2030/ per pcs of
production.
 Purchase Electricity will be reduced 5% within 2022 & total 30% in 2030/ per pcs of
production.
 GHG will be reduced 5% within 2022 & total 30% in 2030/ per pcs of production.
 Wastes will be reduced 5% within 2022 & total 30% in 2030/ per pcs of production.

Discussion on our achievement against target for the year 2022

Our achievements are-

 Water consumption reduced 8.15%
 Purchase Electricity consumption reduced 5.46%
 Diesel consumption reduced 4.41%
 GHG emissions reduced 5.43%
 Wastes generation reduced 4.76%

How We achieved Energy Saving Target

Plan/Strategy for 2022
Installation of energy efficient LED lights
Clutch Motor to Servo Motor replacement.
Install Individual Switches.
Awareness training for energy saving to the
relevant employees.
Implementation Status
Gradually replaced. Already replaced about 95%
energy efficient light.
Gradually replaced. Already replaced about 86%
energy efficient light.
We installed 03switch/line switch from section wise.
We are conducting awareness training on energy saving
to employee.

Use smart flash system in toilets.

Install sensor system at water taps.
