manual design work was eliminated. AutoCAD helps designers to concentrate on ideas
while automating the implementation process.
As a Civil Engineering Technologist, you are invited by your local municipality to redraw
the proposed raft foundation by using your reasonable dimensions as follows:

• Plan on ground floor walls

• Plan on a raft foundation
• Section
Your drawing must reflect the technical drawing document and must be according to the
SANS 10143 Code of Practice for Building Drawing.
