Message

My heartfelt felicitations to the school officials and administrators, teachers and advisers, parents and guardians of the graduates and
completers of the School Year 2021-2022.

As the school year draws closer to its end, you may look back and reflect to all the learning activities that took place during this school
year. I hope that these unique experiences have taught you meaningful life lessons that you can bring with you wherever destiny leads you in
the future.

I would like to congratulate you, dear graduates and completers for finishing your basic education, guided by the Basic Education-
Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) that was utilized by the Department of Education, in spite of the numerous unprecedented challenges
brought about by the prevailing situation.

This year theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity” reminds us that despite the
crisis we are facing brought by the COVID-19 virus, calamities, high prices of commodities brought by the inflation, our resilient spirit will not
allow to cripple us and destroy our desire to deliver excellent education.

I would like to congratulate also all the teachers and school heads in San Luis District 1 for your support to the BE-LCP program of
DepEd that education must continue despite restriction on face-to-face conduct of classes. Indeed, it was very challenging both on the part of
teachers and parents to ensure that their children would receive quality education in whatever modality was available and most appropriate. As
of now, we are now gradually re-opening some of the schools by implementing the limited face to face classes. And it’s a good start. We must
continue to pray that all schools could implement limited face-to-face classes in the next school year to address the learning gaps brought by the
pandemic.

Lastly, to all parents and stakeholders who have continuously supported DepEd-San Luis District 1 in all our programs and activities, my
grateful appreciation for your unwavering support and commitment to the department.

pandemya o krisis.

Mabuhay po kayong lahat!

RELANIE R. DATOR
Principal II / District In-charge
My warmest congratulations and appreciations to our teachers,
parents, guardians and to our graduates S.Y. 2022-2023.
This is another remarkable achievements and memorable moment
in your life. You surpass any challenges and remain strong for six years in
high school experiencing the modality delivery of learning because of the
world-wide pandemic of Covid-19. The commitment and dedication of
your study reaped the fruits, now you are included in this graduation day.

This year’s graduation anchors to the theme “Gradweyt ng K to 12:

Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a
Resilient Educational Foundation)”, which emphasizes that graduation is
not only a celebratory milestone but also a symbol of resiliency, agency
and constancy. The theme reminds to everybody that no one can bother
you to pursuit your dreams, augment your better future and aim high but
prevail your good attitude that really helps you in any achievements in life.

My dear Graduates, the graduation is not the end of your chapter in

life but you are to face new doors of challenges and opportunities, your
victorious moment encourages you and your painful experience will be
your weapon to overcome another trials you may encounter in pursuing to
a higher education.

The certificate you have just received is a true gift to your parents
who are the motivating factors behind of your success. To our teachers for
always guiding our young learners and to our benignant stakeholders for
providing them constant support to San Luis National High School. Our
Salute to all of you.
My dear Graduates, continue your plans in life and make a change
many years from now.

I am very proud of you and Godspeed.

Tribute Song

Do I Make You Proud

Song by Taylor Hicks

I've never been This is what we dream about

The one to raise my hand But the only question with me now
That was not me Is do I make you proud
And now that's who I am Stronger than I've ever been now
Because of you Never been afraid of standing out
I am standing tall Do I make you proud

My heart is full Everybody needs to rise up

Of endless gratitude Everybody needs to be loved
You were the one To be loved
The one to guide me through
Now I can see This is what we dream about
And I believe But the only question with me now
It's only just beginning Is do I make you, do I make you proud

This is what we dream about This is what we dream about

But the only question with me now But the only question with me now
Is do I make you proud Is do I make you, do I make you proud
Stronger than I've ever been now Stronger than I've ever been
Never been afraid of standing out Never been afraid of standing out
Do I make you proud Do I make you proud

I guess I've learned This is what we dream about

To question is to grow But the only question with me now
That you still have faith Is do I make you, do I make you proud
Is all I need to know Stronger than I've ever been
Never been afraid of standing out
I've learned to love Do I make you proud
Myself in spite of me
And I've learned to This is what we dream about
Walk the road that I believe But the only question with me now
Is do I make you, do I make you proud
Graduation Song

Fight Song
Song by Rachel Platten

Like a small boat This is my fight song

On the ocean Take back my life song
Sending big waves Prove I'm alright song
Into motion My power's turned on
Like how a single word Starting right now I'll be strong
Can make a heart open I'll play my fight song
I might only have one match And I don't really care if nobody else believes
But I can make an explosion 'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me

And all those things I didn't say A lot of fight left in me

Wrecking balls inside my brain
I will scream them loud tonight Like a small boat
Can you hear my voice this time? On the ocean
Sending big waves
This is my fight song Into motion
Take back my life song Like how a single word
Prove I'm alright song Can make a heart open
My power's turned on I might only have one match
Starting right now I'll be strong But I can make an explosion
I'll play my fight song
And I don't really care if nobody else believes This is my fight song
'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me Take back my life song
Prove I'm alright song
Losing friends and I'm chasing sleep My power's turned on
Everybody's worried about me Starting right now I'll be strong (I'll be strong)
In too deep I'll play my fight song
Say I'm in too deep (in too deep) And I don't really care if nobody else believes
And it's been two years I miss my home 'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me
But there's a fire burning in my bones
Still believe Know I've still got a lot of fight left in me
Yeah, I still believe

And all those things I didn't say

Wrecking balls inside my brain
I will scream them loud tonight
Can you hear my voice this time?
