One-Time Contribution Payment via FPX
1. Select Certificate eService and click

on ‘Online Payment’
2. Click ‘Renewal Payment’ for the

Certificate(s) that you wish to make
one-time contribution payment.

3. The system will send SMS of 6-digits

One Time Password (OTP) to your
registered mobile number to authorise
the request.
4. Enter the OTP and tick the checkbox

once you’ve read the ‘Term and
Conditions’. Click ‘Make Payment’ to
proceed.

5. Select ‘Individual/Corporate
Account’ and choose your preferred
bank to make the payment transfer.
Click ‘Proceed’ to continue.

6. You'll be directed to your online

banking login.
7. Verify the FPX payment details and

proceed to ‘Request TAC’.

8. The system will send SMS of 6-

digits Transaction Authorization Code
(TAC) to your registered mobile
number to authorise the request.
If you didn't receive TAC, please click
'Here'.

9. Click ‘Submit’ to confirm & proceed

with the payment transaction.
System will prompt FPX Payment
Acknowledgement for successful
transaction.

10. You can download the ‘Official

Receipt’ in pdf format from Certificate
Details under Certificate File history.

11. Once the payment is successful,

you can refer to the ‘Online Payment’
where there is no longer an
outstanding amount and ‘Certificate
Details’ for the updated information.
