Xi Jinping
Last February, the Communist Party of
China announced that it was abolishing the
two-term limit on the Presidency. This deci-
sion could allow President Xi Jinping to be
president for life. Political commentators,
who have denounced Xi’s “power grab”, fear
that this decision marks the end of the pe-

when China’s system of collective leader-

2012, Xi Jinping has led a massive campaign

American intelligence officials warning that Russian interference in the
midterm elections has already begun
In February, Robert Mueller formally accused thirteen Russians and three Russian organisations of interference in the American
presidential election of 2016. Now, American intelligence services are voicing concern over continued Russian interference, this
time regarding the upcoming mid-term elections in November. This article discusses the various forms this kind of interference
may take.

A Sophisticated Influence Strategy

According to the indictment by Robert S. Mueller III, in February, the Internet Research Agency is a ‘troll farm’ based in St.

April 2014 onwards, it turned its focus towards the United States.

WHY 2018 MAY SEE A REVIVAL

OF INDIAN HORROR MOVIES
A return to horror for Bollywood in 2018?
Bollywood is famous for its lavish family-centred romantic musicals. Indian Journalist, Lata Jha, believes a renaissance of horror
films is the new genre for 2018. Several films are scheduled for release, not least, Stree, featuring two big Bollywood stars who
are working together for the first time.
