Report on Finding a Sponsorship for the Conference of Dynamic Solution

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to analyse the shop the state companies and recommend the best
conferences. Johor Bahru-based electrical company Dynamic Solution has worked on
numerous significant projects in Malaysia. It has been operating for 16 years and has 5
branches around Malaysia. They discovered that their branches had fallen short of the
monthly performance goals at their annual general meeting. Overall firm performance would
be impacted by this. To foster networking with national and international businesses, the
meeting board has agreed to organise a conference. Finding a sponsor for the conference is
one of your responsibilities as a Marketing Manager. The sponsoring organisation need to be
a well-known one that can accommodate our needs and is not overly demanding. In preparing
this report, a survey covering certain factors had been carried out the sponsor should be a
reputable business that can meet our objectives and is not overly demanding.

FINDINGS

The years of establishment of Arrow Electronics, Wise Company, and Power Supply
Company are 20 years, 15years, and 5 years, respectively, while the corresponding annual
revenues for the three companies are RM 10 billion, RM 6 billion, and RM 3 billion.

Both the Power Supply Company and the Wise Company have a great to give the same
sponsorship, which is financial and amounts to (RM 100k). In contrast, Arrow Electronics
sponsor goodie bags for 500 attendees and three banners, while the power supply firm
sponsored goodie bags for 250 attendees. The wise company, on the other hand, sponsored
five banners and two buntings.

In similarly, Wise Company and Power Supply Company have sponsorship the same thing
which is company logo on the banners and bunting also free booth space at the conference.
However, Arrow Electronics sponsor the company logo on the conference website requests
and do not need space at the conference and in the same way Arrow Electronics and Power
Supply Company have same no advertisement slots but Wise Company have 5 advertisement
slots.

IMPLICATIONS

Based on the data collected, the company Arrow Electronics’ s years of establishment &
revenue per year is the highest. Although the establishment & revenue per year price is
expensive, it was seen in 20 years they was spend in RM 10 billion. It is because these
company has been involved in many major projects in Malaysia. This would benefit for
dynamic solutions on electronic to organise a conference to build networking with local and
international companies.

Due to the fact that the Arrow Electronics has their types of sponsorship which is give a
goodie bags for 500 pax and 3 banners. This could helps their manager to improve their
marketing. Consequently, more people will use these company as dynamic solution on
electronic.

The Arrow Electrionics also has a sponsorship requests which is company logo on the
conference website , do not need booth space at the conference and no advertisement slot.
This means that the Sponsorship request is accessible and private. Therefore, people will not
feel burdened to use these electronics’ s company and this resulted make the company to
build up their networking.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the Arrow Electronics is the most suitable for the Dynamic Solution to
sponsorship for the conference after considering all the most important criteria as discussed
above. Every criteria has its own pros and cons but the Arrow Electronics has the best
sponsorship.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Taking everything into account, it is highly advised that Dynamic Solution representatives
negotiated with Arrow Electronics about of sponsorship. This is because Arrow Electronics
can donate in terms of Goodie Bags as much as 500 pax and 3 banners. It is hoped that the
cooperation between these two companies can further improve the marketing process.
