Dev�ce Refunds. To rece�ve a refund of a Dev�ce you purchased �n conjunct�on w�th a new serv�ce act�vat�on on a contract plan or an upgrade contract
extens�on (less rebates rece�ved and sh�pp�ng costs), you must return the Dev�ce w�th�n 14 days of purchase. All or�g�nal contents of your Dev�ce k�t must be
undamaged and �n good work�ng cond�t�on, and you must prov�de the or�g�nal rece�pt. You must return all Dev�ces to the sales channel through wh�ch you
rece�ved the Dev�ce (�.e., reta�l store, web, telesales, etc.) You may return a Dev�ce w�thout cancell�ng your new serv�ce act�vat�on or upgrade contract
extens�on. All Dev�ces rece�ved as part of a promot�onal offer (e.g. "Buy One Get One" etc.) must be returned for a refund. L�m�ted Ed�t�on Dev�ces are
nonrefundable.
