Licence Agreement for EPOS Gaming Suite

EPOS Group A/S Licence Agreement for free software.

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR FREE SOFTWARE

Unless otherwise stated, the EPOS Gaming Suite software and associated material and documentation are
protected by copyright and are owned by EPOS Group A/S.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

This Licence Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and EPOS Group A/S pertaining to the
EPOS Gaming Suite software identified above and may include associated software components, media,
printed material and online or electronic documentation (‘the Software’).

By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you accept that you are bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions contained in this end user
Licence Agreement, including the terms and conditions for use, distribution, exemption of liability etc., you
must not install or use the Software.

LICENCE FOR FREE SOFTWARE

The Software is distributed as free software (freeware) with the permissions, restrictions and exemptions
for liability set out in the Licence Agreement. The Software may be used, copied and freely distributed if all
original files are included, including this licence. You may NOT charge for distributing the Software (whether
for profit or simply to cover media and distribution costs), regardless of whether the Software is distributed
as a standalone product or as part of a suite or package without obtaining explicit prior written permission
from EPOS Group A/S.

Modifying the Software is not permitted.

EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
The Software and all support by EPOS Group A/S is provided ‘as is’ with no express or implicit warranty.
EPOS Group A/S cannot be held liable for any implicit warranties related to suitability for a particular
purpose. EPOS Group A/S cannot under any circumstances be held liable for damage, including, but not
limited to, lost profit, financial loss of any kind or accidental damage or consequential damage arising as a
result of damaged or lost data, software or computer error etc. or for other claims made by the user or a
third party.

VENUE AND APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is subject to Danish law. All disputes must be settled in EPOS Group A/S’s Danish
jurisdiction.
THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHT
The copyright to EPOS Gaming Suite is owned by EPOS Group A/S.

PROCESSING OF INFORMATION

Information collected by EPOS Group A/S

EPOS Group A/S collects the following information from users of EPOS Gaming Suite:

· Information that is technically necessary for the functionality of EPOS Gaming Suite (e.g. user’s type
of Operating System and MAC address)

· Information used to support user settings in EPOS Gaming Suite

· Information used for the improvement and optimization of the system and overall EPOS Group A/S’s
product family

EPOS Group A/S does not collect information for other purposes than those stated above and does not
collect sensitive personal information about users of EPOS Gaming Suite. The detailed description of the
collected and stored data for EPOS Gaming Suite is available upon request and subject to a signed NDA.

The information collected from users of EPOS Gaming Suite will not be compared to or amalgamated with
information about the user from other sources or from third parties.

The user’s consent

By clicking ‘I have read and accepted the licence terms and conditions’, the user consents to EPOS Group
A/S collecting and processing information and personal information as described above.

If the user does not wish to provide such consent to the processing of information and personal
information, the user will not be able to install or use EPOS Gaming Suite.

Changes to the processing of information

If EPOS Group A/S changes its processing of information in such a way that it goes beyond the processing
described above, users will be notified thereof and given the opportunity to consent in advance to any
changes to the processing of information.
