RULE 22 ORDER ALLOWING THE USE OF


DEVICES FOR NON-RECORDING PURPOSES

Having received requests to use cellphones and laptops for non-recording purposes and finding

that such use will not disrupt the administration of justice, it is hereby authorized that all parties

and spectators are allowed to use recording devices, as defined in Uniform Superior Court Rule

22(B)(1), for non-recording purposes throughout the duration of this case. See U.S.C.R. Rule

22(C)(3). All devices must be silenced and may not be used to make or receive telephone calls

without express permission from the Court. Id. Anyone who violates the provisions of this Order

may be removed or excluded from the courtroom or found in contempt upon willful violation. See

U.S.C.R. Rule 22(M).
