¿Have you ever thought about how much garbage is generated in the world?

Today I going to share you some information about the importance of environment and
sustainable development
First of all, we need to know what the environment is.
the environment is the space in which the life of living beings develops, and which allows
the interaction of these.
I mean It is the place where humans, animals and plants live and how they relate.
It is a system of natural and cultural components.
Natural components are everything we find in nature. such as air, temperature, relief, soil,
and water bodies as well as living components. (that I mentioned before)
In the other hand
cultural components are those objects manufactured by man or the result of his economic
activities like Manufacturing Commerce and Transport
Let me return to the initial question. about how much garbage is generated in the world.

according to 2018 data by UN unit nation, the globe generates 2,010 million tons of solid waste,
and at least 33% is not treated.
In Mexico, just over 42 million tons of solid waste are generated each year. That is represented by
2.1% of the total per year of the world.
As we can see, the country that produces more waste is Chinese because of the large number of
factories that there are. And 42.7% corresponds to 187 countries.
these numbers are a clear indication that we are doing something wrong and that it is time to change
that.
because it is impossible that with all the technology that exists nowadays nothing has been done
about it.
Objectives of sustainable development
Improve water supply, water production, housing, transport or industrial processes.
Clean up and manage waste with environmental responsibility and clean up areas with polluting
waste.
Energy and natural resource development.
Reduce environmental and social impact and environmental restoration (forests, lakes, wetlands,
etc.)
Improve industrial processes to eliminate polluting waste and ensure responsible energy
consumption.
Use technology in an appropriate and environmentally friendly manner.
The environment is the source of life for any species.

Such is the importance of the environment that ensuring its continuity is to ensure ours, while the
more damage we do to it the more we are doing to ourselves and to all the ecosystems around us.
