In pursuance of the Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Lahore’s

Notification No. FD-SR-II/2-141/2012, dated 09-09-2013, sanction is hereby accorded for
encashment of Leave Preparatory to Retirement (365-days) in favour of Mr. Nazir Ahmed S/O
Hussain Din, Head Assistant Establishment (BS-16) retired from Government Service on 05-06-
2019 on attaining the age of superannuation.
It is certified that the aforementioned official has not availed Leave Preparatory to
Retirement as admissible to him under the Revised Leave Rules, 1981.

It is submitted that Mr. Nazir Ahmed, Head Clerk (BS-16) of this office has retired
from Government Service with effect from 05-06-2019 on attaining the age of superannuation
i.e 60 years but payment has not yet been made to him due to non-availability of required
funds Rs. 518760/- under Head A04114-Superannuation Encashment of LPR.
It is therefore, requested that funds Rs. 518760/- under Grant No. PC21024/ PC
24024 – Civil Works, Establishment of LPR, 045701 – Administration, LQ -Superintending
Engineer, DDO Code LO-5331 may kindly be got arranged, released and placed at the disposal
of this office, so that payment could be made to Mr. Nazir Ahmed, Head Clerk (BS-16) during
the current financial year 2019-20 please.

Subject GRANT OF SANCTION FOR ENCASHMENT OF LEAVE PREPARATORY TO

RETIREMENT.

Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I have retired form Government service after attaining the age
of superannuation w.e.f 05-06-2019 as a Head Clerk in BPS-16 vide this office order No. 77
dated 18-06-2019 (Copy attached). I have obtained leave entitle certificate from Accountant
General Punjab, Lahore vide No. PR-5/vol-NLR/P-64 dated 10-06-2020 for encashment of Leave
preparatory to retirement in lieu of more than 365 days leave balance at credit in my leave
account(Copy attached)
It is therefore requested that kindly grant me a sanction for encashment of L.P.R
as early as possible and the same may please be forwarded to onward transmission to the
competent authority for release of funds against encashment of L.P.R during this current
financial years 2019-20.
