Administration: this is the management of public affairs or the government.
Crime: this is an action or omission which constitutes an offence and is
punishable by law.
Justice: the process or result of using laws to fairly judge and punish crimes and criminals.
Criminal justice system: is the system of practices and institutions of
governments directed at upholding social control, deterring and mitigating crime, or sanctioning those who violate laws with criminal penalties and rehabilitation efforts.
