1. Adopting a regulation on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online


2. Effective information sharing between law enforcement, judicial and intelligence
authorities in the member states is crucial to fight Porus Borders, terrorism, track
foreign fighters and tackle organised crime.
3. Adopting a declaration on combating terrorism and also to agree on establishing
the position of the UN Counter-Terrorism Coordinator.

country's financial system and the security of its citizens.

3. Solution regarding the agenda

1. Competent authorities in the member states will have the power to issue removal
orders to service providers requiring them to remove terrorist content or disable
access to it as fast as possible.
2. The UN should take measures to improve information exchange between the
countries, such as:
1. a framework for interoperability between UN information systems that
help manage borders, security and migration.
2. the passenger name record directive, regulating the transfer and
processing of personal data provided by air passengers
3. the creation of a UN counter terrorism centre at New York to support
information exchange between national authorities
3. The coordinator is in charge of coordinating counter-terrorism work in the
world, monitoring implementation of the UN counter-terrorism strategy and
improving communication between the countries.
4. Taking into consideration anti-money laundering rules which have been in place
in the EU since 2018 and have brought some major changes. These rules make it
difficult to hide illegal funds under layers of fictitious companies, and strengthen
checks on risky third countries. They also boost the role of financial supervision
authorities, and improve access to and exchanges of information.
5. the UN should adopt a directive on combating terrorism. New rules should
strengthen the UN’s legal framework to prevent terrorist attacks and
address the phenomenon of foreign terrorist fighters. The directive
criminalises should work as:-
1. undertaking training or travelling for terrorist purposes
2. organising or facilitating such travel
3. providing or collecting funds related to terrorist groups or activities
4. Intensify counter-terrorism efforts by early ratification and full
implementation of the ASEAN Convention on Counter-Terrorism.
