Oracle Hospitality Digital Learning empowers customers to provide on-demand training to their employees, students, and
other users. The training we provide is inclusive of products across the OPERA property management suite. This includes
OPERA Cloud, OPERA PMS, Reporting and Analytics (R&A) and the NOR Upsell Platform.
Digital Learning is included for Oracle Hospitality OPERA and NOR Customers with active agreements. Standalone or
individual Digital Learning Subscription access is not offered.
This all-digital state-of-the-art learning solution, providing our users access to the robust portfolio of Oracle Hospitality
Digital Learning content. This allows our customer access to an online learning platform that delivers flexible and
comprehensive training.
Before Proceeding
What is an SSO?
An Oracle Account Single Sign On, often referred to as an SSO, will be Your User Login to access Digital Learning.
o Your Digital Learning SSO is a separate login from the OPERA Application
All Digital Learning Users must create their own SSO using a unique, verifiable Email Address. This can be work,
school, or personal email.
o Do not use a shared email address.
Creating your Oracle SSO is creating your Login Only; it does not activate your Digital Learning access.
If you already use My Oracle Support (MOS) to open online support requests or if you have another Oracle University
Subscription, you already have established an Oracle SSO.
o If you have an established SSO, you can proceed to Activating your Digital Learning Access (Step in the
Activation Email).

Before Proceeding
Do you have a copy of the Digital Learning Activation Email?
Have you created your Oracle Account SSO?
Are you using Laptop or Desktop to activate Digital Learning?
Have you cleared your Browser Cache and Cookies for the last days or more?
STOP! If you create an Oracle Account SSO, but do not complete ALL the Activation Steps (specifically Step in the
Activation Email), you will be able to review content marked as FREE, but will not have full access to the platform.
Troubleshooting
Workstations
Use a Laptop or Desktop to activate Digital Learning, once activated on the Digital Learning platform you can then
use any device.
Browsers
Have you tried a different browser? (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
o If No, follow the Activation Steps, from the Activation Email, in a different browser.
o If you have already created & verified your SSO, you can skip to Step 2 in the Activation Email.
Clear your browser cache and cookies (at least for 30 days), close all browser windows and relaunch.
o Ensure you close ALL open sessions of the browser you are using completely.
o Most browsers allow users to clear just the cache/cookies to clear only these settings.
o If a shared computer, active logins may be need to be cleared for the last 12-24 hours.
OU My Learning Page
The OU My Learning page is not the Digital Learning. This page displays all the OU Learning
Products/Subscriptions your have access. Do not bookmark this page.
When you get to the My Learning page, do you see the OPERA Digital Learning tile in the My Library section?
o Yes! Select Go the Oracle Hospitality Digital Learning tile in the My Library section to proceed.
o No. You have not completed activation or your browser is blocking activation.
Clear your browser cache and cookies (at least for 30 days), close all browser windows and
relaunch.
Please repeat the Activation, beginning with Step 2.

Roles
The Digital Learning platform does not offer any type of course assignment by Property Managers/Instructors. Users
should take advantage of the Role filters to sort groupings of Learning Paths and Courses by job type. Select the filters to
narrow down content. The following is the list of Role filters available on the platform.

Have you created your Oracle Account SSO before requesting TAP Access?
You will receive an email confirming your request. This email will include the link to TAP and additional Details.
Please allow - hours for system to refresh, update your access, and to display user progress.

Orders
This section of the screen lists all Digital Learning Orders Fields in the Orders Section
granted to your TAP Access. Most customers will only have Quantity: The number of seats available for your
one ( ) order. property
If you have multiple orders listed, select the linked Order Activated: The number of seats that have been used
Number you wish to view.
Activation%: The percentage seats that have been used
Expiration: The scheduled expiration date of your
subscription
Subscribers
This section display all Users that have activated their SSO to the selected Digital Learning order. Use the Excel or CSV
option to generate a report with these details. Select a Linked Name to View the Progress for that User.
