RETAINER’S CONTRACT

I, ____________________, of legal age, married, with residence and

postal address at ____________________________, hereby employ and retain
ATTY. ___________________ of Baguio City to represent me in a civil case for
Annulment of Extrajudicial Foreclosure Sale, Reconveyance and
Damages against Carlos Chan (CIVIL CASE NO. ____) before the Regional
Trial Court Branch ___ in La Trinidad, Benguet and I hereby agree to pay
him for his services to be rendered pursuant to this retainer and
employment, a sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) plus Three
Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00) as appearance fee.

That all court expenses such as stenographic notes, and other

legal fees shall be shouldered by me, and that this Retainer’s contract
shall not include Appeal.
