Formation of Myanmar Investment Commission
1. In exercises of the power conferred under Section 7of the Myanmar Investment Law,
the Union Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar formed Myanmar
Investment Commission to carry out the duties under Myanmar Investment Law as follow;
