We would like to introduce ourselves as a leading supplier of Bridge

Engineering products for over 30 years. Our sister concern company M/s
Kanta Rubber Pvt Ltd (KRPL). KRPL are the approved manufacturer and
supplier by MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highway) for Road
projects and RDSO (Research Designs Standards Organization) for
Railway projects. KRPL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Company situated at
Jeedimetla, Hyderabad having complete infrastructure facilities for
manufacturing & testing as per relevant specifications. CE certification is
awarded for Elastomeric Bearings.

Sister concerned unit M/s Kanta Polymers is situated in Jeedimetla,

Hyderabad, engaged in manufacturing of PVC Water stopper, PVC hand rail
and other PVC profiles. Kanta Polymers is an ISO 9001:2015 certified
company and was registered with Bureau of Indian Standards to
manufacture ISI marked PVC Water stopper.

1. POT PTFE bearings are manufactured as per IRC specifications.

2. Spherical Bearings are manufactured as per IRC specifications.
3. Pin & Metallic Bearing are manufactured as per IRC specification.
4. Rocker & Roller Bearing as per IRC specifications.

Elastomeric Bearings are manufactured to meet the below mentioned

specifications depending on the usage in the project.

MORTH specification: IRC : 83 (Part II) – 2018 for Road Bridges

UIC : 772R – for Railway Bridges
BS : 5400 – 1983 Part-9 and EN : 1337 – Part 3, 2005

3. Expansion Joints are manufactured as per MORTH specifications

conforming to IRC : SP 69, 2011 and RDSO specifications. Our newly
designed Strip Seal system with unique ‘F’ shaped edge beam is a versatile
unit that will accommodate a variety of field configurations as well as multi-
directional movements. KRPL have patent rights for this “F” shaped design.

We have executed orders to projects approved by National and International

Consultants. Nedam Blast International, Holland has approved and used
our Elastomeric Bearings in Bharuch Jetty Project. CCL, England also
approved and used our material in UK project.

Third party inspections were conducted in our factory by many National &
International consultants, Government Departments, Engineers from
National Highways, Metro Rail & other Railway Projects.
