ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER DELETE.

"AGS"
1. Take off the top cover to the grill so you can locate the 4 10mm bolts holding on the grill.
2. Then you see 4 bolts holding on the active grill shutter. 2 13mm bolts and 2 10mm bolts they are on top and on
the bottom. Move swing arm back and mark position, and forward and mark position.
3. Once active grill shutter is off you can push out the red tab to the wiring and unhook the motor.
4. You then remove the 2 bolts holding in the AGS. After that just lift up in the center where the motor is located
on the AGS and you can pop it all out the holder as its just snapped into place.
5. Once out you need a 1/8 inch drill bit and drill out the hole on the AGS then install the nut spacer, bolt and lock
nut into that hole. Make sure the arm stops at the nut at the marked arm position!
6. Use the spacer and 8 mm bolt mount it on the top of the core support and run that factory wiring to the unit
and install it.
7. That's it all done. If you get a CEL watch arm make sure it does not move past nut! last drill new hole 1/8 father
back and install. Make sure arm does not go past the stop. PS IF YOU THINK THERES A L BRACKET RE READ
