In the small, quiet town of San Juan, there lived an old woman named Inang.

She lived alone in a small

hut on the outskirts of the village and spent her days tending to her garden and looking after her
beloved grandchildren.

But one day, strange things began to happen in the village. People began disappearing without a trace,
and rumors began to spread about a creature known as the aswang.

The aswang was said to be a fearsome beast that roamed the streets at night, preying on unsuspecting
villagers. It could shift its form at will, taking on the appearance of a beautiful woman or a terrifying
monster with razor-sharp claws.

Inang had heard these stories before, but she never believed them to be real. That was until one night,
as she was tending to her garden, she felt a chill run down her spine. She looked up and saw a figure
lurking in the shadows.

It was the aswang.

Inang tried to run, but the aswang caught her in its grasp. She felt its icy breath on her neck and the
sharp pain of its claws digging into her flesh. She knew that this was the end.

But then, something miraculous happened. Inang's grandchildren appeared with torches in hand,
chasing the aswang away and saving their grandmother's life.

From that day on, Inang knew that the aswang was not just a myth. It was a real threat, and it was up to
the villagers to protect themselves and their loved ones from its deadly grasp.

And so, the people of San Juan banded together, forming a tight-knit community that looked after one
another in the face of danger. And while the aswang may still lurk in the shadows, they know that they
are not alone in their fight against the unknown.
