Can a PR disaster destroy the reputation of a company? Justify your opinion:

Nowadays writing it’s really important in our lives to communicate and express our ideas. In
this way, writing connects you with yourself and also with your partners. As you write, you
clarify your ideas for yourself and others. Nonetheless, you should keep in mind that it’s not
the same to write as a hobby, in social media, or for a company.
There are different kinds of writing depending on the goal you want to achieve. Owing to
this, you must be responsible, well organized and have great communication skills for every
type of document you want to write.
So, as far as you can see, writing is not easy at all. And this is the topic I would like to share
today and how flawed writing could affect the reputation of a company, institution, etc.
In today’s hyper connected world , everything on the internet is analyzed and judged by
people so, as soon as you post something there will be negatives and positives opinions.
If you work as a PR you are representing the company and it’s essential to be careful in your
words. You must think about which is your target and what do they want to hear. Your social
media post may even go viral and damage your company’s reputation and the company could
give you the sack.
You are the company and your goal is to bring good messages and approach potential
consumers for the future. Owing to this it is important to maintain a positive brand
impression and protect your corporate reputation and maintaining a strong brand image is
crucial.
To conclude I would like to give my personal advice. First, if this happens to your company
don't be desperate and try to give solutions.
One of the most efficient ways to work out your brand’s damaged reputation is to publish
positive content to replace negative search results. Moreover, show empathy and demonstrate
that you will change your policy in the future. Some other advice could be to change people’s
opinions with your new ideas and comment your opinions with your colleagues before you
submit into social media.
Be efficient and your company will be successful.
