To follow globalization US apparel Market capture by different local and international companies thus country
road have face a fierce competition .Also it has change its business from Wholesaler to Retailer in US market
with doing any proper R&D.

A successive wave of trade liberalization policies in the 1990s, including the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) in 1994, effectively wiped out most import restrictions and duties on foreign-made
clothing. American retailers increasingly looked to suppliers in the Global South for all manufacturing needs.

As some buyers in US market already purchase goods from china at lower price on the other hand country road
try to establish its premium quality of goods with premium price thus it have not earn it s target revenue

Overall, it was a mix situation in terms of social, economical,legal and political
context. The business still made the choice to go into the industry since they thought
the revenue could outweigh the risks involved.

In the end, Country Road's failure was complicated and a result of several of factors.
