Good morning everyone!

My name is Reyshiel Ann A. Lacsa, an incoming Grade 12 HUMMS Student of San Isidro National High
School, Las Navas II District. I am from Brgy. San isidro, Las Navas Northern Samar, a place where you
can see the mesmerizing beauty of Pinipisakan Falls.

Change is constant and opportunities are continually existing. The Las Navas II District comprising 23
schools is a learning place where everyone is contributing and promoting learning development for all
the students. But similar to other districts, LAS NAVAS II DISTRICT is facing and experiencing difficulties
too. There is a lot of things to be improved and other necessities to be prepared for and it needs
beautification and attention. As the new student leader of my District, my heart have this earnest desire
to look after the welfare of my fellow students especially when it comes to their mental health. That's
why I come up with this best idea of implementing the same program I have in my school which is the
campus ministry. This program will surely help the students be encouraged through constant hearing
God's words and will also help us connect with other people, be positive, be joyful and be holistically
healthy. Another project I really want to implement is the MOTIVATIONAL SIGNAGES which will help the
students be inspired whenever they enter to the school premises. The school should be sourrounded
with inspirational thoughts so that everyone will feel comforted, accepted, important and loved. It is a
great way helping the students fight mental health issues.

So if I will be given this once in a lifetime chance and be part of the DIVISION FEDERATED LEARNERS
GOVERNMENT, my proposed program will surely help upholdong and adhering with the MISSION
STATEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION which is "to protect and promote the right of every
Filipino to quality, equitable, culture based and complete basic education where students learn in a child
friendly, gender sensitive, culturally aware, SAFE and MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT. " Campus Misnistry
and Motivational signages is one of the key to have a safe and motivating environment for all.

Before I leave, I would like to say thank you for leaning me your ears and I wanna give all the glory to
God for this great opportunity given to me.
