I would like to put my candidature believing as a deserving candidate. Based on my


professional experience, and academic qualification and as one of the emerging
development professionals who wish to become a change-maker as a responsible
representative of the Dalit community. I believe myself the best-fit candidate due to the
following competencies.

I have more than 19 years of experience in the field of Vocational and Skills development
training and Employment, Enterprises Development, Rural economy development,
Governance, Community and Natural resources management, Climate change and disaster
risk reduction to vulnerable communities.

During my job, I am mainly responsible for program implementation and management by


developing the annual plan and M&E framework in training and skills, social safeguard
management, enterprise development by applying project management and knowledge
development tools. I have good competency in line management in a project team without
any conflict of interest. I was extensively involved in the service procurement process in
DRILP, LRIP and Employment Fund too as per the government procurement act and
organizational norms. I have a proven track of accomplishing results by effective monitoring
and evaluation as per the M&E framework. Regular meetings and capacity building to
partners by collaborating and networking with line agencies and stakeholders made me
successful to achieve project results. After validating results, payments to contractors,
building groups and service providers had made in time as of financial standards. I have also
good experiences on quality in research such as ZOI survey, baseline survey, verification
survey, outcome monitoring and that made project develop strategies for program execution
well.

Moreover, I have gained valuable knowledge on how to generate employment by providing


vocational and skills development training according to the CTEVT curriculum, occupational
profile and occupational skills standard ensuring occupational health safety and learning
environment to beneficiaries. My academic expertise to understand needs and gaps analysis
in the society and my thinking power sharpened by different experiences on supporting
livelihoods improvement of communities by forming skills development plan, implementation
and result verifying as result based Monitoring and Evaluation Plan accelerated me to
achieve expected outcomes. Hence, I am equipped with social knowledge, broaden skills
development prospects and am competent in team/social mobilization. I have also a good
understanding of cultural values and the dynamic of government while working in the
department of the forest as a forestry professional. So, the deepen and fusion experiences
of government, private sector and development partners could be an added value and
support to balance government line agencies and other stakeholders including NGOs,
private sector and developmental partners at the time of project management and
implementation.

Finally, I am very detail-oriented, committed, persistent and punctual.  My strengths include


being able to work well in multiple donors, multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams with a
variety of personalities, effective communication, good collaboration and synergy skills,
conflict management in a way of creative and resourceful attitude. For example, I have had
remarkable experiences of working in adverse circumstances during the Maoist insurgency
and crisis period.
