Colonialism is another instance of ethnocentrism. In certain cases, ethnocentrism could be unavoidable. Humans
all have physical responses to the practices or beliefs of another person or culture. However, such reactions do not
have to result in cruelty like holocaust or conflict.

Although Filipinos have some incorrect values, such as being late for a meeting, and some of them have negative
traits. However, the Philippines is also known as a welcoming country, and you will be greeted with warm smiles
and a warm welcome. The joke is partially true because they are ensuring that the person you are marrying is

That is exactly what is happening to one’s family, and it is heartbreaking. However, some are not, which is
fantastic. People often tend to ask too much, as they can see that she is good, responsible, and hardworking, but

Many Filipinos struggle to say no, either because it is difficult or because they are afraid of disappointing people
and being unable to assist them. However, it is important to say no from time to time, and to set boundaries and
limits if you are unable to assist with anything or anyone. We can't help everyone if we say yes all the time.
