10 = Consistently answers questions and contributes but is also aware of the

need for others to participate

9 = Consistently answers questions and contributes

8 = Often answers questions and contributes

6-7 = Answers questions and contributes a few times (more than twice)

4-5 = Answers questions and contributes once or twice

3 = Asks questions and contributes but is largely irrelevant

1-2 = Distracted and/or not paying attention

0 = Either largely physically absent or rude, abusive and disruptive behaviour
