A Vision Statement describes the desired future


position of the company.

Elements of Mission and Vision Statements are often


combined to provide a statement of the company's
purposes, goals and values.

Organization’s Role in Society
• Organizations exist to allow accomplishment
of work that could not be achieved by people
alone.
• As long as the goals of an organization are
appropriate, society will allow them to exist
and they can contribute to society.
