DR. FLORCELITA GARCIA ZAMORA
A writer, researcher, educator, trainer, and administrator….

Dr. Zamora finished AB Mass Communication and BSE English. Her
master’s degrees are MA in Comparative Literature and MAED, major in
Leadership and Administration. She holds a Doctor of Education degree
and Honoris Causa in Doctor of Humanities and Doctor of Educational
Leadership and Management. At present, she is about to finish her
Doctor of Philosophy in Technological Management.
Dr. Zamora engages in research and community extension projects and is currently spearheading a
sustainable development project for the Sibato Bukidnon Tribe and, indigenous group in Silay City.
Prior to her present position, she worked as a VPAA in a private school in Batangas and as a Dean in
a private school in Laguna. She also held various posts in non-academic institutions related to the
hospitality and tourism industry. At present, she is the SCHOOL DIRECTOR OF SILAY INSTITUTE
INCORPORATED, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
DR. ARNEL E. GENZOLA
Dr. Genzola, LPT a graduate of Broadcasting, Magna Cum Laude (West

Visayas State University), BS Ed-English (PTC, Colegio San Agustin-
Bacolod), MA Ed-English (University of San Agustin), Doctor of
Communication, Chancellor’s Lister (GWA: 1.11) & Class of 2016 DCOMM
Top Graduate of the University of the Philippines (UPOU), IGCSE English
as a Second Language (CIE—Cambridge University) held at Beijing Royal
School, China (2016), and HLE at Haggai International Institute, Hawaii,
USA (2020). He’s been invited to speak in various national and
international conferences in Cambodia, China (Peking University), Hong
Kong, Indonesia, Macau (University of Macau), Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore (National University
of Singapore), Thailand, Russia (Far Eastern Federal University), and the USA (Harvard University).
He’s a multi-awarded educator, researcher, community & educational leader, resource speaker,
and teacher-trainer. A recipient of the 2010 Outstanding Foreign Expert in the Field of Education
(China), 2014 Bagong Bayani Awardee, 2019 JULC Distinguished Faculty (China; 1st Asian Award-
Recipient), and the 2021 Luminary Educator in Literature. Currently, he is an undergraduate and
graduate school professor of communication at Jilin University—Lambton College, China and the
university’s Head of the EFL Department/Program Director leading over 25 international faculty
members from 15 different countries.
