INTRODUCTION

A.Objectives of the Work Immersion- As a work immersion student. What I will learn in ten
days is what the job of the police is. 75% are outside while 15% are IN the police station. They
have different jobs. Some are assigned to the traffic section, some to the police clearance, some
to the investigation. But there is only one thing I can say to our brave policemen, thank you
because you are the One who keeps peace IN our town. One of the things I will learn the most
is how to be respectful and get along with your fellow human beings. And above all be equal in
everything and Be disciplined.

B.Duration of the Work Immersion-We enjoyed staying at Philippine National Police (PNP) for
80 hours and 10 days I can say that. I fulfill my task as an inter and I gained more knowledge on
working in PNP. I learn how to manage my time in going to work on time.

C.Place of Work Immersion- When we first saw the Philippine National Police, it was so nice
and peacefu. I immediately saw their good morals, and their attention to us and where we
could put offices. Their place is clean and they are really approachable.

THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
DEPLOYMENT

ORIENTATION
DAY 1 (MAY 09,2023)
TRAFFIC SECTION OFFICE

My experience Before entering the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) was of course a mix of
excited and nervous. After that, we were lined up and then we were assigned where to put us
so that I could be placed in the traffic section. I was with Jaya, Cruz, Nebres and Cuello.
Of course, we don’t know their protocol. When we entered their office, they said there was a
protocol to be followed.
Before inter You Say this words,
Call sir CLAM FAUSTINO Humss Student from Kidapawan City National High School request
permission to inter the Traffic Section Office sir. That’s what should be said before entering
their office.
The work of the traffic section is to respond if there is a crash with a motorcycle, Tricycle or
passenger. Just about the vehicles. The two sides will go to their office to see if they will settle.
Will they go to the lawyer? Will they file a case.
On the Day that there was an accident And we responded close to the Philippine statistics
authority (PSA) The two sides made an arrangement.

And before going home who is the tallest among you will say READY UP CLAM FAUSTINO IN
COMPANY REQUEST PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE TRAFFIC SECTION OFFICE SIR.

DAY 2 (MAY 10,2023)

What We Did in the morning was we Cleaned The office That Day after it was finished we help
assembling the computer.
In the afternoon, two parties went there to pick each other up because the child was run by
motorcycle over and their side paid for the hospital expenses and the child’s X-ray prescription
for All of the children.

That was my observation that day.

Around 4.00pm we lectured about
REPUBLIC ACT. 4136 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
Under Section 42(a) of Republic Act 4136 or the “Land Transportation and Traffic Code,” the
driver on the left “shall yield the right of way to the vehicle on the right.” In other words, if
there is a car on your right, you must stop and let the driver of that vehicle cross the
intersection first
DAY 3 (MAY 11,2023)
NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE SYSTEM
My experience with the national police clearance system is how to process and get a police
clearance. Our work is to assist those who will get police clearance. With the police clearance,
we will know if a person has committed a crime or he has a serious case. Sir UDANI told us that
a person with a case can be traced when they get police clearance.

When you get police clearance you need two valid government i.d. There is also a fee for the
police clearance 200 pesos. We were also taught how to register online to get police clearance.

Because what sir said is that even if you are in another place, you can get a police clearance
using your account.
And we also lectured about
REPUBLIC ACT 8535: ANTI-RAPE LAW of 1997
The law considers that any person, whether a prostituted person, non-virgin or one who has an
active sexual life may be victimized by rape. By declaring that rape is a crime against persons,
the law no longer considers it as a private crime. Anyone who has knowledge of the crime may
file a case on the victim’s behalf.

DAY 04 (MAY 12,2023)

With Jaya, Cruz, Nebres and Cuello are still in the National Police Clearance System. What we
did was we assisted those who were going to get police clearance.

And you really can’t avoid getting in line and there is one customer who is already angry
because it is taking so long. As immersion students, we shed light on them why it took so long.
It’s also because of their system and they don’t have one of them with them.it’s not really long,
you’ll be able to answer them. What should be done is to explain to them Correctly.
DAY 05 (MAY 15,2023)
Security Control Point

On our fifth day of immersion, Jaya and I were assigned to the security control point while Cruz,
Nebres and Cuello were in the operation area.
Our job at the security control point is to assist those entering the police station. They will
logbook where they go to the department.

And those who visit, we must check that they will not bring sharp objects inside. They have
policies that must be followed before entering the police station, the rules are that when you
enter, you are not allowed to wear slippers. Shorts are also not allowed. Spaghetti shirts are
also not allowed.
These are my experiences on my fifth day in immersion.
DAY 06 (MAY 16,2023)
Today, We are still at the security control point. Jaya is with me.
Nothing new has been done in our work to assist those entering the police station.
And we will guard the parking area which is exclusive to police patrol cars.
And sir Andea visited us there at our immersion site.

DAY 07 (MAY 17,2023)

INVESTIGATION
On our seventh day in Immersion
Our group was assigned to the investigation.

What we did there was we observed what was going to be done in the office during the
investigation. What they do is assist those with cases and file data and they take the evidence.
And we were also asked what the investigation was for us.Investigation is the process of
ascertaining the facts, and collecting evidence in a particular matter through the police.

DAY 08 (MAY 18,2023)

Today, my group and I are still in the Investigation Office.
Ma’amBeth though us a link or what is their job there and they are the only ones who can
access the following account.
-Crime Information Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS).

CIRAS is an electronic database system that facilitates crime documentation and systematic
data storage and retrieval. The system presents a quick, fast and reliable transmission of crime
information from lower police units and offices of the PNP to the National Headquarters at
Camp Crame, Quezon City.
-PNP E-Warrant

Enhanced e-Warrant – a system where all warrants of arrest are electronically issued by the
courts to PNP units concerned for implementation.
-e-Subpoena — is a web based system that will facilitate the expeditious and timely delivery of
subpoena issued by the courts to concerned PNP personnel, who are named in the subpoena
pertaining to a criminal case
DAY 09 (MAY 19,2023)
TRAFFIC SECTION OFFICE

On this day
My group and I are at the TRAFFIC SECTION OFFICE. Because it’s our 9 th day because we’re on
rotation.
We went back to where we came from on our first day.Our work there is still the same to assist
those who enter the traffic section office and that day we rescued someone who had an
accident because he ran over the woman. Near at kidapawan doctor hospital. It’s good that the
impact of the tricycle is not too strong. And they agreed on the expenses.
DAY 10 (MAY 22,2023)
My experience in 10 days and the last day of our Immersion that we were still assigned to the
Traffic Section Office just observe what did there in the office.

And afternoon, we prepared for our exit to our Immersion. We cooked bihon and we ordered
kankanin.

And we were unexpectedly LUCKY because Colonel Peter Pinalgan Jr.

Because we were lucky Because we talked and took pictures at the COP of KIDAPAWAN. AND
WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR EXIT PROGRAM AT PNP.
And he told us five things.
Those five can help us to fulfill our dreams
#1.JUST FREE TO DREAM
#2.If you want there is a way
#3.Don’t get pregnant early / Don’t get merried early
#4. Do not get involved in illegal drugs
#5.good manners & Right conduct
HUMSS IMMERSION HIGHLIGHTS

One of my unforgettable experiences/highlights in IMMERSION was my first day in Immersion. I

was at the NASA traffic section office. This picture is one I will never forget. I feel that we should
never just enter an office. Because of my experience and that of my companions, when they say
permission to enter, and how they say permission to leave, and when you say something to
your superior, you need to know how to speak.
That time, it only takes a few minutes for you to memorize the words
CLAM FAUSTINO Humss Student from kidapawan city national high school request permission
to enter the traffic section office sir.
This is where I realize that when you are a police officer, you have DISCIPLINE IN yourself and
you have respect for those above you.
