SUBECT : Request for Hiring of Plumber

In view of the persistent breakdown of pipelines of our water system in this District due to
leakages in various areas, the undersigned is suggesting that a resident plumber be hired to
maintain and oversee all possible troubled connections to lessen our costs for repair and
decrease our water consumption to augment our savings.

In the event that everything will be under our control, the services of the plumber may be
utilized for maintaining the cleanliness of our compound to whatever extent as additional
assignment for your appropriate action and or perusal.
