(Resolution for The Penalty for Late Arrival of Students in School)

To all Students, Parents and Teachers,

WHEREAS, being punctual is a quality that fosters discipline and efficient time
management among students.

WHEREAS, late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and cause unnecessary
distractions that’s why it is important to instill the value of punctuality in students from a
young age.

WHEREAS, imposing a penalty can serve as a deterrent for habitual latecomers.

RESOLVED THAT, starting September 04, 2023, a penalty of five (5) pesos will be
imposed on any student who arrives late to school.

Details of the Resolution:

1. The penalty of five (5) pesos will apply to any student who arrives at school after the
designated bell or start time.

2. Students will be responsible for keeping track of their lateness and must pay the penalty
immediately upon arrival at school.

3. Late arrivals will be recorded, and after accumulating a certain number of late entries (e.g.,
three times in a month), additional disciplinary actions may be taken, such as parent-teacher
meetings.

4. The collected penalties will be utilized for school improvement projects, extracurricular
activities, or as determined by the school administration.
This resolution is enacted to encourage students to arrive at school on time and uphold the
value of punctuality in our educational institution. It is expected that all students and parents
will adhere to this policy to create a more disciplined and focused learning environment.

(Resolution of Penalty for Not Adhering to School Uniform on Designated Days)

To all Students, Parents and Teachers,

WHEREAS, maintaining a school uniform policy promotes a sense of unity and equality
among students.

WHEREAS, designated school uniform days are essential to uphold the uniformity and
discipline in our educational institution.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to enforce compliance with the school uniform policy.

RESOLVED THAT, effective on September 04, 2023, any student found not wearing the
designated school uniform on school uniform days will be penalized with a fine of twenty
(20) pesos.

Details of the Resolution:

1. School uniform days will be clearly defined in the school calendar and communicated to
all students and parents at the beginning of each academic year.

2. The penalty of twenty (20) pesos will be imposed on students who do not wear the
complete and correct school uniform on designated uniform days.

3. The SSG Adviser will appoint a designated one Officer responsible for monitoring and
enforcing this policy.

4. Repeated violations may result in additional consequences, such as parent-teacher


meetings or other disciplinary actions.
5. The collected penalties will be utilized for school improvement projects, scholarships, or as
determined by the school administration.

This resolution aims to ensure that all students adhere to the school's uniform policy on
designated days, fostering a sense of discipline and unity within our educational institution.

(Resolution of Prohibition of Vaping Inside School Campus)

To all Students, Parents and Teachers,

WHEREAS, the health and well-being of our students are of paramount importance.

WHEREAS, vaping poses significant health risks and is a concern for the safety of our
school community.

WHEREAS, it is essential to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.

RESOLVED THAT, effective September 04, 2023, vaping is strictly prohibited inside the
school campus. If any student caught vaping, their vape will be confiscated, and it will be
returned at 5:00 PM dismissal.

Details of the Resolution:

1. Vaping is prohibited anywhere within the school premises, including classrooms,


corridors, restrooms, and outdoor areas.

2. The SSG Adviser will designate a one Officer responsible for monitoring and enforcing
this policy.

3. Any student found vaping will have their vape confiscated, and it will be securely held by
the SSG Adviser until 5:00 PM dismissal on the same day.

4. Parents or guardians will be informed of the violation, and they may be required to attend a
meeting with the adviser of the students or the SSG Adviser.

5. Repeat offenses may result in more severe consequences, including suspension or other
disciplinary measures.
This resolution is enacted to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and to create an
environment conducive to learning and healthy development.
