ُ ِّۚ اَل يُ َكل Allah does not burden any soul, except with something within its capacity ْ َۗ لَهَا َما َك َسب ْ َت َو َعلَ ْيهَا َما ٱ ْكتَ َسب ت beneficial for it is the virtue it earned, and harmful for it is the evil it earned; [Baqarah 2:286] Dَ D ِّرDلD اDُهDَلDَ فDيDَ ض DنDْ D َمD َوDاDض َّD D َأ َحDاD ِإ َذDَ َّن هَّللاD ِإD َوD ِءDَالDَبD ْلDِم اD DَِعظD D َعD َمD ِءDاD َزD َجD ْلD اD ُمDَظDِع ِD DرDَ DنDْ D َمDَ فD ْمDُهDَالDَتD ْبD اDاD ًمDوDْ Dَب ق DُطDخDْ D ُّسDلD اDُهDَلDَ فDَطD ِخDَس It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah ( )ﷺsaid: “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.” Reference : Sunan Ibn Majah 4031 D ُلDَثDَأل ْمD اD َّمDُ ثD ُءDاDَِيDبDَأل ْنD " اDلDَ DاDَ قD ًءDَالDَ بD ُّدD َأ َشDس ُّ هَّللا ِ َأDلDَ DوD ُسDرDَ DاDَ يDت ِ DَّاDنDلD اDى Dُ D ْلDُ قD َلDاDَ قDصٍ DَّاDقD َوDِيDِن َأبD D ْبD ِدD ْعDَس DِِهDنDيD ِدDِيD فDنDَ DاD َكDنDْ ِإD َوDُُؤ هDَالDَ بD َّدDَتD ْشD اDاDًبD ْلDص ُ Dِ ِهDنDيD ِدDِيD فDنDَ DاD َكDنDْ ِإDَ فDِ ِهDنDيD ِدDب ِ D َسDحDَ DىDَلD َعD ُدD ْبD َعD ْلD اDىDَلDَتD ْبDُ يD ُلDَثDَأل ْمDاDَف DِهD ْيDَلD َعDاD َمDوDَ Dض ِ DرDْ َألD اDىDَلD َعDِشيD D ْمDَ يDُهD َكD ُرD ْتDَ يDَّىDتDحDَ D ِدD ْبD َعD ْلDِاD بD ُءDَالDَبD ْلD اD ُحDرDَ D ْبDَ يDاD َمDَ فDِ ِهDنDيD ِدDب ِ D َسDحDَ DىDَلD َعDيDَ ِDلDُتD ْبD اDٌَّةDقDِر . " Dَئ ٍةDِطيD DخDَ DنDْ Dِم It was narrated from Mus’ab bin Sa’d that his father, Sa’d bin Abu Waqqas, said: “I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, which people are most severely tested?’ He said: ‘The Prophets, then the next best and the next best. A person is tested according to his religious commitment. If he is steadfast in his religious commitment, he will be tested more severely, and if he is frail in his religious commitment, his test will be according to his commitment. Trials will continue to afflict a person until they leave him walking on the earth with no sin on him.’”Reference : Sunan Ibn Majah 4023 Dُ D ْعDض Dت Dَ DوDَ Dَ فDك ُ D َعDوDُ يD َوDُهDوDَ ـDمDلDسD وDهDيDلD هللا عDىDلD ـ صDِ ِّيDَّبDنDلD اDىDَلD َعDت Dُ D ْلDخDَ D َدD َلDاDَ قD،Dي ِّ D ِرD ْدD ُخD ْلD اD ٍدDِعيD D َسDِيD َأبDنDْ Dَع DَّاD " ِإنD َلDاDَ قDك َ D ْيDَلD َعDاDَهD َّدD َأ َشDاD هَّللا ِ َمD َلDوD ُسDرDَ DاDَ يDت Dُ D ْلDُقDَف ف ِD DاD َحDِّلDلD اDق َ DوDْ Dَ فDى َّ D َدDَ يDنDَ D ْيDَ بDُهD َّرDحDَ Dت Dُ D ْدDجDَ DوDَ Dَ فD ِهD ْيDَلD َعDيD ِدDَي " D َلDاDَ قD ًءDَالDَ بD ُّدD َأ َشDس ِ DَّاDنDلD اDى ُّ هَّللا ِ َأD َلDوD ُسDرDَ DاDَ يDت Dُ D ْلDُ ق. " D ُرDجDْ َألD اDاDَنDَ لDف Dُ D َّعDض َ DُيD َوD ُءDَالDَبD ْلD اDاDَنDَ لDف Dُ D َّعDضَ Dُ يDك َ ِDلD َذDَك DَّىDتD َحD ِرD ْقDَفD ْلDِاD بDىDَلDَتD ْبDُيDَ لD ْمDُهD ُدDحDَ َأDنDَ DاD َكDنDْ ِإDنDَ DوDِ ُحDلDاDص َّ DلD اD َّمDُ " ثDلDَ DاDَ قDنDْ D َمD َّمDُ هَّللا ِ ثDلDَ DوD ُسDرDَ DاDَ يDت Dُ D ْلDُ ق. " D ُءDاDَِيDبDَأل ْنDا " D ِءDاDخDَ D َّرDلDِاD بD ْمD ُكD ُدDحDَ َأD ُحD َرD ْفDَ يDاD َمD َكD ِءDَالDَبD ْلDِاD بD ُحDرDَ D ْفDَيDَ لD ْمDُهD ُدD َأ َحDنDَ DاD َكDنDْ ِإDوDَ DاDَهDيD ِّوDحDَ Dُ يDَةD َءDاDَبD َعD ْلD ِإالَّ اD ْمDُهD ُدD َأ َحD ُدD ِجDَ يDاDَم . Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said: “I entered upon the Prophet ( )ﷺwhen he was suffering from a fever, I placed my hand on him and felt heat with my hand from above the blanket. I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, how hard it is for you!’ He said: ‘We (Prophets) are like that. The trial is multiplied for us and so is the reward.’ I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, which people are most severely tested?’ He said: ‘The Prophets.’ I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, then who?’ He said: ‘Then the righteous, some of whom were tested with poverty until they could not find anything except a cloak to put around themselves. One of them will rejoice at calamity as one of you would rejoice at ease.’” Reference : Sunan Ibn Majah 4023 DاD ًرD ْيD َخDِ ِهD بDُ هَّللاD ِدD ِرDُ يDنDْ D " َمDمDلDسD وDهDيDلD هللا عDىDلD هَّللا ِ صD ُلDوD ُسDرDَ D َلDاDَ قD ُلDوDُقDَ يD،DَةDرDَ D ْيD َرDُ هDاDَ َأبDت Dُ D ْعD ِمD َسD ُلDوDُقDَي " DُهD ْنD ِمDب Dْ Dص ِ Dُ ي. Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger ( )ﷺsaid, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials." Sahih al-Bukhari 5645 Dب Dُ Dصي ِD Dُ يDاD " َمD َلDاDَ قDمDلDسD وDهDيDلD هللا عDىDلD صDِ ِّيDَّبDنDلDِن اD D َعD،DَةDرDَ D ْيDرDَ Dُ هDِيD َأبDنDْ D َعDوDَ D،Dي ِّ D ِرD ْدD ُخD ْلD اD ٍدDِعيD D َسDِيD َأبDنDْ Dَع َّ ِإالD،DاDَهD ُكDاD َشDُ يD ِةD َكDوDْ Dش Dَ D َوDىDال َأ ًذ َّ DلD اDَّىDتD َحD ٍّمDال َغ Dَ DوDَ DنDٍ DزDْ Dال ُح Dَ D َوD ٍّمDَال ه Dَ D َوDب ٍ Dص Dَ D َوDب Dَ DوDَ ال ٍ Dص Dَ Dَ نDنDْ D ِمD َمDِلD ْسD ُمD ْلDا َ DخDَ DنDْ D ِمDاDَِهD بDُ هَّللاDَّ َرDفDَك ." DُهDاDَيDاDط Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri and Abu Huraira: The Prophet ( )ﷺsaid, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that." Sahih al-Bukhari 5641 and 5642 هللاDىDلD هَّللا ِ صD ُلDوD ُسDرDَ DلDَ DاDَ قDت Dْ DَلDاDَ قDمDلDسD وDهDيDلD هللا عDىDلD صDِ ِّيDَّبDنDلD اD َجDوDْ DزDَ ـDاDهDنD هللا عDىDضD ـ رDَةDِئ َشDاDَّن َعD َأ َّ DلD اDَّىDتDحDَ D،DُهD ْنD َعDاDَِهD بDُ هَّللاDَّ َرDفD ِإالَّ َكDِ َمDلD ْسD ُمD ْلD اDب " DاDَهD ُكDاD َشDُ يD ِةD َكDوDْ Dش ِ Dُ تD ٍةDَبDصي Dُ DيDص ِD D ُمDنDْ D ِمDاD " َمDمDلDسD وDهDيDلDع Narrated `Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Messenger ( )ﷺsaid, "No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it, even though it were the prick he receives from a thorn."
