DepEd Division of Bohol has received the Memorandum OUF — 2023 - 0118 dated March 20, 2023 (Annex A) on the Provision of Additional Allocation for School Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) to Public Elementary, Junior and Senior High Schools. 2. In this connection, the identified schools are instructed to prepare the Work and Financial Plan (WEP) as a requirement for NCA Request. The WPF must adhere to existing government budgeting, accounting, and auditing rules and regulations. 3. The WEP shall be submitted to the District Bookkeeper for validation and PSDS' approval. The District Bookkeeper shall then forward the approved WEP to the messenger accounts of Ms. Claudine Barrios for CD 2 & 3 - Elementary Schools and Ms. Jeberly Lopos for CD 1 Elementary Schools and all Secondary Schools - Junior and Senior, on or before March 31, 2023. 4. The use of the said fund shall be consistent with the guidelines and provisions stated under Memorandum OUF — 2023 — 0118 and DepEd Order No. 008, s.2019, dated May 2, 2019. 5. The liquidation reports, together with the supporting documents, shall be submitted to the District Bookkeepers and to the Accounting Unit, on or before the 30'* day from the date the fund is downloaded. The Administrative Officer II shall monitor the submission of the liquidation reports. 6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is hereby directed.
