Rationale

It is important for an organization to prepare a succession plan to ensure


that the operation would go smooth even if the current administration
would be gone. A good succession plan creates a smooth transition between old
and new ownership and reduces disruptions to your business when you’re away.

There are two phases on the succession of powers. In the first phase, the
succession of positions would be partially implemented. During the transition, the
former administration would act as a consultant to the current head and would
still be part of the decision making. The next phase is the full implementation.
The full operations would be handled by the successor.

First Phase: During the first 2 years of the Succession
Second Phase: 3rd year of the succession

Restrictions:
The Board of Trustees will be the one to implement and decide on the succession.
