Encore Community Room Rental Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines and sign the Norhart Community Room liability waiver.

Access will not be granted until our Encore leasing office receives a $100 liability deposit via check or
hold on current tenant account. ** Tenant balance must be current to reserve.

Maximum Indoor Capacity 20 people + Seasonal Patio Capacity 10 people

Summary of Meeting Room Rules

1. Community room may only be used by agreement responsible party signing waiver and the
individual(s) must be present during entirety of usage.

2. Community Room must be returned to like new (cleanliness) status prior to vacating the room to
receive full deposit return. Return of rental deposit is at the discretion of property management.

3. No alcohol can be served.

4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation.

5. Norhart does not provide refreshment supplies such as coffee pots, cups, plates, trays, containers,
paper goods or silverware.

6. Signs and posters may not be placed on walls, windows, or doors.

7. Persons reserving the community room must be at least 21 years of age.

I have received a copy and agree to comply with the Encore Community Room guidelines.

I hereby fully release and discharge Norhart, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims from
injuries, including death, damages or loss, which may arise, or which may be alleged to have arisen out
of, or in connection with the above meeting(s) in the Encore Community Room.
